This was the smallest burrito I have ever received from Chipotle. They did me dirty. Barely a full scoop of rice. This genuinely looks like a kids meal portion. (coke for scale)
Service is always good though! However the layout of the store and parking lot is awful.

Came in got a chicken bowl. I was told I would be charged double meat if I added the carne asada to my bowl. I agreed and when I got to the register. The total went from $9.50 to $18.10. Only got 1 scoop of each. I hope corporate pays attention to all the bad reviews lately….word of mouth has gotten out that this is hands down the worst chipotle in Thurston County by a nice mile. Great experience here! Food was done on time and the service from Elliott was amazing! We forgot to add some toppings to our food and at the chipotlane Elliott hooked it up and had a great attitude that assured us we weren’t being a bother which is always great as a customer. Will definitely be back, thanks Elliott!

I paid for guacamole, not plain avocado. That’s not cool, and it’s becoming a regular occurrence. They’re also charging for pico de gallo now, $1.60 PER tiny plastic cup!! It’s not worth it.

The food was great, the service quick, and the place was packed. This was my first trip to a Chipotle restaurant and as I walked in I noticed it to be crowded with a line of people waiting to order. To the crew’s credit. They handled the rush really well. Orderly and efficiently. However. This being my first time in and the fact that there was an overwhelmingly number of people in there, that was their customer service downfall. My initial employee was nice and polite, the part that I didn’t find attractive was that she spoke very fast. So fast in fact, that I had to ask her to repeat things a few times. I felt kind of like I was in the middle of the infamous Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld. I wasn’t familiar with the menu or the ordering process so I felt rushed through without explanations of options or explanation of menu items. After I made it through and paid, I chose to take my haul and eat it back at the job sight since I wasn’t going to find a spot to eat it there. All in all, i enjoyed the food and I will not only be back, but will recommend it to others. I would just slow down a tad. Kudos for trying to speed things up to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, however you never know who might not have been a guest before and may just need a little extra care and explanation.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food. In general my experience was good, but something in my burrito bowl was way over salted. I hope they see this and check the salt levels of each dish.
I got brown rice, just a tad of pinto beans, chicken, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa. I suspect it is the fajita veggies or brown rice.

there was people eating outside but nobody inside and the workers talked really quiet and didn’t fill the bowls all the way. we got more cheese than we did rice and we did normal orders so no extra of anything but i think the bowls should be more full than this.

I’ve really liked Chipotle in the past, but legit 50 percent of the time I order (and I order extra because they give such small portions to online orders) it’s just the smallest portions for an increased price.
I ordered a chicken bowl with extra rice, no beans, extra fajita veggies, sour cream, green salsa, extra corn slaw, and cheese and this is what I got.
Mind you I paid 28 dollars for this to be delivered.
Then when I go to submit a complaint to pepper, it tells me they’re having “technical issues” and can’t submit my request. Probably because I’ve had to submit quite a few. So now I’m just out that money with this tiny portion of food.
It’s not people trying to get free food from you Chipotle, it’s that were paying increased prices and convenience fees for delivery, and this is what you’re training your employees to give customers, let alone ones who are paying for extra portions.
Id suggest going somewhere else.
