I’ve never had an issue with this location I typically just order online… I made an order probably 30-40 minutes before the store closed i understand they probably just wanted to get the store closed and go home but when we got home to eat we found HAIR in our sandwiches I had noticed before pulling out of the parking spot the worker was not wearing a hair net and immediately turned the open sign off it was only 7:40pm… definitely unsanitary and unpleasant!!!
We’ve stopped eating there before because of how the past workers use to have dogs in the kitchen and never wear gloves but when new management took over we thought to start trying it again but this will probably be the last time. Make sure your employees are actually wearing hair nets and not just throwing sandwiches together just because they want to get out early!

My husband visited this subway on 12/26/25 the woman working was absolutely welcoming and treated us like we were royalty , Extremely pleasant even brought forgotten items to our car …. Place was spotless clean , food was excellent as long as they keep that employee I definitely recommend this Subway it was perfect in every sense

Everytime I order they don’t pay attention to what they are supposed to be making and leave stuff off constantly… try to call on the phone and can never get ahold of anyone. My brother brought home our subs after waiting 40 minutes he had to show a picture to confirm his order. They had no lettuce no spinach. They put the wrong cheese on all of them and black olives on all of them. I tried calling again no answer. This was a monday afternoon… Done wasting my money here I basically paid for like no meat you can barely see it in the picture mostly bread and little veggies…

We placed an online order and unfortunately, every single sandwich was made incorrectly. This has never been an issue when we’ve ordered in person, which makes it clear that when no one’s watching, the quality and attention to detail drop significantly.
When we arrived to pick up the order, there were no employees inside the store. They were outside and, when they saw us, casually told us, “Your food is on the counter,” with no greeting, no verification, and no care.
The difference in service between in-person and online orders is night and day — it’s disappointing to see such a lack of effort and accountability when customers aren’t physically present.

When you ask for ONE STRIPE of Mustard and ONE STRIPE of Mayo …
THERE IS A REASON.
1. Your sandwich rips through the paper.
2. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANTS TO EAT SLIME?
3. ALL you can taste is tablespoons of mayo.
It overpowers every vegetable and I can taste NOTHING BUT MAYO.
4. Some people have issues with food consistency. I am one of those people. Swallowing tablespoons of mayo makes me vomit.
Gross.

This had to be one of the absolute worst subways.I’ve ever been in. I have been in several on the East Coast. All the way to the west coast. The girls did not want to help, they were rude. We’re more interested in growing outside. And smoking cigarettes. I could not have anything to my nachos. I even asked if I could pay extra, what do you have chicken? They put on them, and they said, no. So I just had to have the chips with o ion and tomatoes. WORST EVER! Service and food were awful. Do put a town a favor and close this place down

So I have to say that the man with all the dread locks and the man with glasses dark hair and the older girl with glassses that was making the sandwichs and the girl that was making salads she’s got blonde hair what a team ilwe were in there February 17 they did an excellent job thank you GUYS so much for your dedication they all deserve a RAISE ☺️!! And then February 18 we were in there got two pizzas and the girls that worked today are amazing they deserve also a RAISE I will always post bout the employees that work at St John’s Arizona Subway what an amazing crew plus team way to go everyone!!!? I will be back love this place ❤️ so here’s your leftover pizza on the wood stove

Just left subway, and had edit my review for this establishment. Looks like they are going through remodeling the place, not a fan but it is what it is. We got the rotisserie chicken sandwich, it was good but they’ve changed their bread, so not it’s a smaller portion now. My biggest gripe is the salad we got. They didn’t have lettuce (never been in a subway with no lettuce) so we had to get the spinach. They made the entire salad in the plastic to-go container instead of the silver bowl they’ve always mixed the salad in making us have to mix it. It seemed like the workers have never made a salad before. Overall, very disappointed in the direction this subway is going in.
