Important to note It’s small inside so I recommend Togo. They offer Good food at a great price point, you can’t go wrong there in 2026. There’s plenty of options to choose from we ended up going with the al pastor tacos which were ok, they were very authentic but left a little to be desired in the flavor department. Definitely have to go back & explore a bit more of the menu.

Where do I start? Came here bragging to my partner of how good the food was (haven’t been here in 2 years) I left a liar.
Agua de tamarindo? I’m pretty sure the batch was days old, as it tasted like it was fermenting. I wanted an agua fresca at 9am, not a Michelada.
Menudo? Incredibly bland. Cebolla and salsa couldn’t save it. The Juanita canned stuff tastes better. Smh
The Sopes? You don’t get what’s in the picture (standard sopes). Instead I was served what appeared to be a Tlayuda hybrid with a pizza. If I wanted a pizza I’d have gone to dominos.
The torta? I wouldn’t know. They forgot to make it. Maybe that’s a good thing.
Just awful experience (and yes I came back to the States after living in Mexico for 7 years, so I know Mexican food)
And this plus 2 tacos for over $70?? Pfft
I’ll stick with Tortillería Sinaloa

Best taco I had on east coast so far. (Fine I’m sure NYC or DC definitely have good tacos but whatever). Very small space, not for someone looking for ambiance but for some authentic food. People are nice. First time we came on Cinco de Mayo and the lady gave us free food cups when we leave.

Cheap delicious tacos made fresh while you wait. Servings are plentiful and with the double tortillas it’s like you get 2 tacos for one.
The eat counter only seating lets you sit at the counter and watch the world happen through the window.
The chicken tacos and al pastor tacos are rich in flavor. Definitely a must to go for traditional authentic tacos.

Best cemita I’ve had in Baltimore by a MILE. Bread is perfect and overflowing with all the good stuff. Tamales were clearly exposed to some sort of radiation or the corn was grown with miracle grow as they’re gigantic . Basically one tamale is the size of two normal ones. Hole in the wall place but man oh man they know what they’re doing. Can’t wait to try more off their menu!

The service was good.
Their tacos were excellent.
Their queso quesadillas, not at all. Charging $10 for a flour tortilla and a poor variety of white cheese is just short of robbery.
Do better.

$80 for 8 tacos 2 menudos and 2 large horchatas with no ice. I wanted 2 orders of tripe and 2 orders of lengua tacos. I end up with 6 lengua tacos and 2 tripe tacos . Soup, lengua, and horchata was bland. Soup tasted like a lot of water was added so there was no flavor and a little bit of tripe. Horchata tasted like milk. No rice or spices could be detected from the flavor. I’ve had better at a Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles.I only liked the tripe taco it was actually very delicious. I Only went there because la taqueria la cabana was closed. They have better food homemade horchata and way more food for that price.
