Twice now, we have ordered the family-size Papa’s Choice take-and-bake for guests. Both times, the pizza was well received, and we got compliments on the selection and quality. We used $3 off & $5 off promos to keep the cost down; coupled with the generous amount of toppings included, it ends up being a nice deal.
One note on curbside pickup. You need to call the store after arriving for staff to bring the pizza out. Selecting curbside service and entering vehicle details during online ordering did not seem to trigger anything on its own.

We order pizza here a lot. Always good and great customer service.
Tonight, I ordered a pizza for $15
I told the person to keep $5 for a tip and then I needed four $20 gift cards.
I gave them a $100 bill. I was told they could not accept this as a form of payment. Only a $20 dollar bill.
I only had a $100 and a $20
Needless to say, I did not get my gift cards.
This business left $80 on the table because of this.
As a business owner, this way of thinking makes no sense. $100 bill or five $20 bills all add up to the same number ♂️

Buyer beware. I went in to buy gift cards for Christmas presents. On the website, it states that if you buy $25 in Gift cards, you get a $5 gift card. I bought 4, but first I was told that the promotion isn’t until next year. Then I was told that that particular store didn’t receive any $5 cards to hand out. They owed me 4 $5 Gift cards and there seems to be no way to get them, because the staff doesn’t even know who their reginal manager is. There is something wrong there. Or Papa Murphy’s is nothing but a scam. Unacceptable. It seems to be false advertising and maybe they need to be sued.

If I could still leave the review and leave no stars, I would. This is the second location I’ve been spoken to in a completely disrespectful manner. I will no longer do business with this company. Some of the employees are completely disrespectful and lack the basic customer service skills needed to deal with paying customers. Busy or not doesn’t give you the right to talk sarcastic or patronizing to your customers. I’m honestly so mad about the situation I will never visit another Papa Murphys. What’s even more upsetting is the management is literally the problem and the owners don’t care so. Good riddance to the entire franchise. I’ll find a better one where they treat their customers with common decency and respect. Talk smart on the phone but hang your head in person, and not even make eye contact, shameful..
