Quick and delicious. I got the sweet and sour chicken with beef lo Mein and crab Rangoon. other than being too hot when I got it, because it was made so fresh, I would say if you get a chance to eat here, do it!

*Sigh* People, please hear me when I say “Do NOT eat here!” I ordered the fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice. I’m including a photo. First of all, the fried shrimp advertised did NOT look like the one I was served and it tasted even worse. Unfortunately, that’s not my reason for writing this. As my fiance and I ate, we each took one bite of our respective foods before stopping to look at the food. Mine tasted like burnt oil. His tasted like the vegetables had gone rancid. Then, I took a small taste of my rice and felt something hard which, when I spit it out, was black, crumbly, and looked like a beetle of some sort. I went to the woman at the desk and tried to inform her without making a fuss and request a refund. She asked if I wanted her to recook the food to which I responded no. She called over another woman who rudely asked what I wanted and why I didn’t want them to fry the food again. I responded that I’d consider a different item and that I wasn’t trying to make a scene. She looked at me, smirked, rolled her eyes, and walked away while saying something to the other woman I didn’t understand. The other woman proceeded to offer to refry the food again….I said “No thank you,” threw it out and left. The sad thing is they have no idea who I am, or any of their patrons, for that matter. The bug could have easily been something that just flew in while they were making my food. Having lived and worked in other countries I know that it happens. All I can say is Monday they will receive a visit from the Health Department, with whom they already have numerous complaints due to health code violations. A ride and negative attitude helps no one.

I’ve had several deliveries form here, and the food has always been great. Unfortunately, when I ordered their wings, they came breaded, even though their menu shows otherwise. Granted the wings were okay, breading works against dietary restrictions on most days for me. Trying to order them a second time, I asked for no breading, which I was promptly denied, being told they come pre-breaded.
If someone at Osmay reads this, please either update your menu, or offer unbreaded wings like your menu displays. Thanks!

Awesome food, and they make their orders up pretty fast. I normally get to-go and within 15 minutes they have it all packed up and ready for pick-up. The food is always hot, fresh, and tastes amazing. The cashier is generally friendly and quick.

I have gotten take out a few times from here and it has always been fresh and tastes good! Last night’s Moo goo gai pan had a generous amount of chicken and a good variety of vegetables. If they make the place look nicer/cleaner and a little more friendly with the customers I can give 5 stars!

I hate to give this place 1 star. The foods good and in the 5 years I’ve been ordering food from them via uber eats and picking it up myself. My order has never been wrong and food never less in quality.
But last night I got off of work ordered 10 Buffalo wings and large order of pepper steak and onion that I payed one dollar to upgrade the white rice to shrimp fried rice.
And when the ordered arrived the rice wasn’t there at all. Not even some white rice to eat with it. They never mess up so I thought it would be easy to explain what happen and at least get a refund for my peppersteak and onion meal becuase without rice is just soup with beef and onions.
Through uber eats these guys have fought me tooth and nail to not give me refund. So a meal I almost paid 45 $ for with tips and delivery fee was not eatable and I had to just take the hit and loose the money
So yes the foods good but unless your at the store and can open everything up and show them when they messed uo to there faces you might go somewhere else if you want your money and loyalty respected

We use to oder from here often but had a few not so good experiences…. Running late today from work and decided to give them another try…..house lo mein was extremely bland and the shrimp were 1/3 size they use to be. I asked if this is the same item or did i order wrong… the female at the counter said it was the same as always…..i wont be rude, but not what i was hoping for.

Food was excellent. Ordered fried dumplings just now and a few egg rolls. The dumplings are huge!!. So tasty and exploding with flavor. The pork egg rolls were crispy and perfectly made. Brought me back to N.Y. C. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks!!!
