There was a black lady who was working at the sand which station who was very rude on 7/1/23 at around 3:30. She barely put any tomatoes on my turkey sand which. She only legit only put one and a half slices… she put a lot more meat and the whole ratio was off and the sand which was dry. I paid $1 extra for avocado and she didn’t put any. She took my mother’s main receipt instead of the one for her salad. My mother had already paid and she was treating my mother like a thief. The irony considering the worker was black and we’re both minorities. WAWA, please do better and fire your racist workers. This is the third location where something like this has happened, do BETTER.

I ordered from the Kiosk. Corn bread was prepackaged and tiny (OK tasting), the chili gave me the immediate runs (decent tasting though), and the burrito looks like it was in a traffic accident (not good tasting, see pic).

What good is fast service when they can’t take the time to properly construct, then bake the burrito??

I had a late flight to come in and by the time I was heading home everything was closed. So I decided to stop at Wawa for gas and use the app for a sandwich. After I pumped my gas, I was worried that it wouldn’t be ready, but it was. Of course it was after 1:00 a.m. and a couple people were coming in and out or getting gas, but it wasn’t crowded. I did the Ham custom stacker for the first time. Now, I ate half of it while going home so I really didn’t get to see it. But it tasted delicious. The next day I went to eat the other half and WOW! It was huge and tasted even better. I have had Wawa subs before, but this was my fist sandwich and I think I’m doing these from now on. The staff were friendly and the business was clean. I would stop here again.

I came in today for a milkshake. The woman Becky was making my order. They have a screen behind the counter with videos of all the new limited time beverages. She looks up at me and ask very rudely, “Um, can I help you with something?? You keep looking in my face! Do you want something?” It at first startled me because I wasn’t sure who she was talking to. She yells “YOU! Why are you looking in my face??” I responded excuse me? I was looking at the screen behind you. She said Oh, because it looks like you’re looking at me. I said. No, I was looking at the advertisements. She rolls her eyes and turns around and went on to make the drinks. I have never been talked to so loudly and disrespectful by any employee at any Wawa I’d ever visited. Needed less to say, I won’t be returning. Becky, you need to learn customer service, etiquette and how to use kind words to people. No humility. No class. No respect.

This is a busy location, as many Wawa’s are, however this location has the worst hot beverage center. The employees are always appearing overwhelmed and it reflects in their efforts to maintain the coffee, I have had several bad experiences where no coffee is in any of the self serve coffee containers, and when u alert the staff their focus is more on custom and online orders. It’s probably best you have more than an in and out expectation when it comes to the Hot beverage bar, my suggestion is make your order online before you come and you may have a better experience than I had.
