They lie about the scanner being broken for coupons so they can retain money for there franchise and then put the smallest amount of meat ever on the sandwiches. I still ordered on my app and she got upset. The green light in the photo shows the scanners on and working.

This is my second bad experience at this location. I came in for the advertised Meatball Sub Meal of the Day and asked to upgrade to a footlong, but the staff refused and told me to pay full price without even trying to check the promotion.
While I was there, another customer asked for the same deal. The employee initially said yes and even started making the sandwich, but when it was time to pay she tried charging him full price as well, showing she clearly did not understand the promotion.
The staff were dismissive and showed no effort to listen or resolve the issue. Customer service like this is disappointing and reflects poorly on the location.

I haven’t even been able to get food from this store. Supposed to ppen at 9am but by 9:15am the doors stay closed even though the older lady sits in the register ignoring the customers trying to get it inside to order food. This employee is the main reason this location sells so little and has such bads reviews. NOT RECOMMENDED TO TRY TO BUY LUNCH HERE THEY WON’T EVEN ULOCK THE DOOR!!!

Rudest older Spanish lady had me in tears. Ordered online, went to pickup. said that must not have went thru. I had the receipt. She would not look at order or receipt and went on to next customer. My grandma went up there and my food was sitting on counter the entire time. Food was nasty and order was wrong. Horrible service

This is my second time visiting this Subway location and both times there was an issue. My first experience at this location involved me placing an online order for a footlong. Upon arrival, “the manager” told me she didn’t have my order. I showed her my confirmation information and she brushed it off. After a little back and forth, she told me someone had already picked it up and they only had an order for another customer with somewhat of a similar name. I told them they probably gave the other person my order by mistake. This should’ve been a quick resolution after seeing the mistake was on their end, but it seemed as if “the manager” had no intentions of giving me my food that I paid for. After asking to speak to the manager, she informed me that SHE was the manager. The “manager” and her employee are older Hispanic women. The employee doesn’t speak very good English, so there wasn’t much interaction between us. Eventually, the “manager” reluctantly remade my sandwich and handed it over after seeing I wasn’t going to leave empty handed. Fast forward a couple weeks, I come to this same location. This time I come inside to do my order in person and the same two women are working. I order a bacon, egg, and cheese flatbread. The “manager” right off the bat tells me they don’t have any eggs. It’s 9:15 AM on Wednesday and breakfast is served all day. How is it that you have no eggs?? I asked her if she happened to know the store number of this location and she said no. How are you a manager but don’t know your own store number? This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. The manager is rude, dismissive, and incompetent and could use some training in customer service. I’ll choose a more efficient, friendly location in the future.

No wonder this place has terrible reviews. It comes down to incompetence and just the lack of caring. No one at subway should ever be paid more than 7.25 per hour. My sandwich barely had anything on it and on top of that had me repeat myself several times and still put the wrong ingredients on. Please people stay away or just go to target around the corner and get stuff from them. I had also got chips a drink and cookies and didn’t offer me a bag but asked the guy behind me for one. Who mind you only got a sandwich. And he didn’t even cut mine in half. Seriously should have just gone to taco bell next door.

Went to this location this morning and they weren’t open at 9:15am I’m guessing the older Hispanic lady who so rudely waved me away without an explanation of why they weren’t open yet is the manager of some sort. I’m at Subway at 9:48 PM, and the store hours are clearly listed as 9 AM to 10 PM. However, the store is closed 13 minutes before the scheduled closing time. If someone wanted to enter the store at 9:50 PM, they should be able to do so, but the store is locked, and the open sign is still displayed. Despite the store being closed at 9:48 PM, as per the hours of operation, I’m quite confused. Logically, if someone wanted to enter, they shouldn’t be able to. It’s very frustrating. I don’t understand how you guys manage to stay open.

2 employees one sitting in the back on the counter with headphones on and she never even looked up. 1 sitting in the dining area with headphones on.
As you can see NO MEAT! And the glass was filthy!
He charged me for cheese because it wasn’t NO SHREDDED CHEESE. After I see the total he said there was some in the back.
Like y’all sitting down! Why isn’t it filled.
Terrible management and employees.
I will be going to another location for now on!
2 yrs later I order online.. when I get there worker says we have no rotisserie chicken.. after the app told me the sandwich was ready..
