I love this place. If you’re wondering, should I try? Yes! I love how fresh the ingredients are. Especially veggies. The stuffed pizza is my favorite. Chicken bacon, or supreme. This Family pizza will serve you for multiple meals. It’s hard to eat more than one piece. Around $20?? That’s a deal. This family size stuffed crust is as big as my stove top. I love the unusual items, like zucchini, and the white sauce. Never a bad experience. Repeat customer.

I ordered the XLNY 3 Cheese special. This is what I received. I asked the employee if that was the correct pizza, because I was expecting a lot more cheese. Her reply was that it’s a “value pizza.” I told her that it didn’t state anywhere online – it was a special, which says “sale” to me. She again replied that it’s a value pizza and that’s all the cheese you get. No apology for the misrepresentation on the internet, no attempt to try to find a way to make it right. When a pair of pants is on sale 50% off, you don’t just get one leg of the pants. Restaurants have specials all the time, but that doesn’t mean the quality or quantity of the food is any less. You just pay less. I was very disappointed in both the pizza and the service.

I used the app to pre-order my pizza for the first time and it was great. My pizza was ready and correctly made. I will definitely use it again. The staff said hello when I entered the store which I really appreciate. The pizza was delicious.

I took my pizza to bake and know I shouldn’t have threw it in the freezer, but needed to for 40 mins then heated it when I could and it didn’t really rise and was hard to get the dough off the cardboard thing it came on, but will be buying again. Only good just vegan pizza for a, not so great, decent price.

My location had only two workers when it opened today, with several customers waiting for their online orders as well as some customers placing orders at the counter. The two employees worked extremely quickly and efficiently to fill all of the orders and still somehow managed to be personable with everyone. Excellent staff and product!
