Ordered a 44 piece on GrubHub. Order was delayed but that could have been anyone’s fault. The wings were divided in to 4 different boxes by flavor, but the boxes weren’t labeled. That didn’t matter since there was hardly any sauce on the strips that I flavor them any way. It appears that the cooked strips were placed in the container and sauce was as (barely) drizzled on them. Fries were cold and limp. Definitely not worth the price. Delivery fee made it even less worth it.

It’s just wings? It’s just Chiles! Service has continued to decline and tonight was a horrible experience. From taking forever to order food, all of us getting our meals at different times, never getting checked on to paying the bill and then having to remind the waitress the never got my entree. No leadership present. Next to impossible to find contact info since this location is listed as it’s just wings everywhere. Fromm doordash to dine in….save yourself the disappointment and go anywhere else.

Not sure why Chili’s is tired with It’s Just Wings. I did not want to order from Chili’s. Should I had known DoorDash was coming here instead I would not had ordered. With that being noted hopefully the food will be what I ordered.

“Virtual kitchens” push out local businesses and exist based on the predatory assumption that customers will not realize they’re ordering from a Chili’s.
They say they don’t hide this yet many/most people don’t understand what a virtual restaurant is. What reason would a business have for doing this other than this reason?
Edit Sept ‘23: it looks like they indicate on doordash now that it’s affiliated with Chili’s. Still pointless and predatory practices.

I ordered to go. My aunt placed the order. The server was rude on the phone. He wanted her to place the order online instead of by the phone. When I arrived to pick up the order, he was rude to me. And I left with food. I gave a tip, but he doesn’t deserve it.

Ordered dinner through google. Husband went to pick up food and they said there was a flood in the kitchen. Didn’t offer any type of compensation and basically said we had to go through google to fix it. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
