We called and asked about wait time on Thursday. We were told twenty minutes. Placed an order for 3 pizzas and 4 orders of breadsticks. We live about 20 minutes away so my husband waited a bit and then he headed that way. The pizzas were for a family Christmas party. My husband was there for at least 40 more minutes waiting for pizza. Overall the food tastes great, but the wait time was not. We did not even receive an apology for the prolonged wait time.

We’ve always ordered and had are pizzas delivered or are strombolis. Tonight it was just me and my five year old daughter we came to your establishment and was blown away.!! They greeted us from the door they were very attentive great atmosphere food was awesome the prices are just right to fit anybody’s budget. The restaurant with clean it seemed like everybody knew everybody in there and we felt very comfortable. We had a delivery pizza three or four days prior to this and they brought us the wrong food but had our pizza delivered and the woman on the phone apologized and she was very sincere.

Ordered a stromboli and instead of a samdwhich it was a pile of sauce and meatballs on a chunk of bread. Not bad but not exactly what I was asking for. The inside is cute and friendly like your moms kitchen or dining room.
Edit: I’ve been back several times most of the food is bland but the price is hard to beat in this town.

Nicole’s is a small town “diner” with limited seating (maybe 50-60?) BUT, it is a very clean, friendly atmosphere serving wonderful pizza and pasta dishes with authentic sauces. The breadsticks and cheese sauce are wonderful. I have never been disappointed and I have been a customer for years. If you are passing through Bicknell I recommend Nicole’s.
