The people here are always nice to me and the food is reliably good. Five stars. Update, still wonderful. It makes me happy that I can get rice and beans and not just rice or beans. The other Mex restaurant forces rice or beans. So El Apache is better! Update: I verified that this is the best restaurant in town. Once again turning them all, this place has the best food, best service, and by far the best salsa.

Real Mexican. The owner who has been there for 22 years is of Colombian/Spanish descent and it shows. Very friendly and providing a “down home atmosphere. Our server Eduardo was great. The food was excellent. Will we be back? Absolutely. This Sunday with family.

This is our go-to eat out place. We always have great service, the food comes out fast and tastes great. Definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially when you drive by all the other restaurants that have people waiting outside. We’ve never had to here.

Very bad service. The waitress didn’t seem to understand what we were asking for. Could have been a language barrier. We asked for a cheese enchilada but got beef and asked for no onions or tomatoes on a salad and both were on there. She did not get our order right. We ordered a salad and were given a bottle of 2 year expired Thousand Island dressing that looked like what was left in the bottle had been in the refrigerator that long. One of the cups we recieved had a couple cracks in it, so the drink leaked out on to the table. Took asking for straws and extra napkins several times to finally get them. The woman who checked us out at the register was very pleasant and friendly, but we will not be back. Very disappointed.

My Husband and our youngest daughter enjoyed one of the best most Authentic meals in Jacksonville .. (Orange Park) The service was great The Fajitas for 2 were Sizzling Hot and our daughters beef burrito was excellent. We work on every side of this city and Hands down you cant buy better service and quality any were like this !!!!!!!! Fresh Fast Friendly.

Our service was bad and the food far worse. My daughter didn’t like the chips and for good reason. When they brought my entree I could taste what she could, the grease they were using to fry was very past it’s time. The place was dirty and sticky too. I’ll NEVER EVER EVER return here. The next day and my stomach still turning over that disgusting nasty azz food.

We love this place!!! This food is authentic and yummy! Everytime we come here we pick a different dish and we are NEVER let down. Everything is delicious. I had the chicken chimichangas last time and my husband had the fajitas, both great. Tonight we had the chicken taco salad and hey, they did it right. Matter of fact, the best taco salad i’ve ever had and I’ve had a LOT of Mexican food and taco salads.
