I think Round Table has some really good pizza. The pizza here was good and it came out pretty quick. We usually come here for lunch and it wasn’t packed. The service is good; they’re pretty friendly and helpful. I think it was the manager or owner or something even went and warmed up some water for me for my daughter’s bottle which was really nice. The food was good and didn’t feel like they skimped on the toppings or anything. No complaints here.

This is the second straight month now that I have came here with my family and the Buffet had been closed they say it was due to covid which is completely false as covid was years ago and the Round Table across town Buffet is open. I think the employees here are just lazy and it’s just a bad decision on the behalf of a franchise owner. I hope Round Table addresses this as they’re my next letter. If you dont want to participate in what Round Table offers then you shouldn’t be a owner. The service here is getting as bad as the one by Home Depot, what had happened to service first leadership.

Salad bar is excellent but the pizza was the best, I didn’t get that heavy pizza dough taste i normally get from some of the pizza chains. Very light pizza, I walked away feeling like I had a light lunch but was full.

I wish I could give them negative points. First I had to wait to get my pizza for almost 1 hour and after waiting I got one day old reheated, burnt pizza. When I took it back with the justification they disagreed to refund me. Their food is horrible, customer service is horrible.
