The point of me making this review is for my friend. The moment we walked in, the cook/cashier was super irritated-sounding already, but while my friend was ordering he asked the man to repeat something (politely, mind you) and the man immediately got an attitude. He wasn’t friendly to any of us, but got particularly pissy with him specifically. My friend’s a super picky eater, so he wanted just pepperoni and mozzarella. Didn’t even ask for a cheaper price or anything, payed the full price for less ingredients without any complaints. But when he got his food it was burnt on top, and cold in the middle. Cheese wasn’t melted, and the man put sauce on it anyway. An absolute mess. If it were me, I would’ve thrown away the whole sandwich in front of him, but my friend is too nice. Will most definitely not be returning to this location. But the other guy working was polite, it was just the one man we had a problem with. Older guy. The sandwich ended up getting picked apart as leftovers, which is what’s on the provided photo, but you can still see the burnt part and unmelted cheese.

Came in for the Veterans Day deal. The server seemed extremely hostile and annoyed by this. Normally we do eat here for lunch a lot and I appreciate that yall even did a special but I shouldn’t be treated badly because you’re “losing so much money” by running this special.

Tried the Thanksgiving Turkey sub and was hoping for better. Bread was barely toasted which made it soggy, the Turkey was really good from what I could taste but the portion size was extremely small & the cranberry sauce just didn’t have enough substance I was looking for. But the dressing & gravy were really good.
If I had my bread toasted extra with no mayo and the normal or extra serving amount of turkey, then I think this seasonal sandwich could work.

One of the female staff employees here was outside smoking a cigar. Afterwards she came back in put her apron and hair net in but did not wash her hands. As a smoker myself I automatically know to wash my hands before I start dealing with customers food.

Walked in and didn’t even get a greeting from either employee. One was on their phone, and the other had very little interest in serving us. The food was great, but the service seriously needs some work.
