Every visit has been consistently good. Food, service, and overall experience are always on point, exactly what you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, but without feeling stiff or overdone.
The service is one of the highlights for me. The staff are attentive, warm, and genuinely care about the dining experience.
It’s rare to find a fine dining restaurant in Hong Kong where you can come back again and again and still feel comfortable every time.
The vibe in this restaurant is elegant, earth tone, high headroom. The seats are spacious.
The breads are come with butter and caviar The seared beef and cod is tendered. Everything is refined sand delicious in the restaurant.
But in some occasions, they will seize every single moment to promote their additional services, 1. white truffles when serving cod, 2. wine list even I disclaim avoiding alcohol.
We ordered a 3-course lunch with caviar as the appetiser. High performance on the 3 courses, especially like the dessert of berry cake. It’s a well mix of sour and sweet, very balanced. We ordered another mango cake, which the freshness, the mix of different texture, and the balanced taste makes me think of the desserts tried in Paris. Love it.
Service and atmosphere are top notch.
I ordered the lunch set of 3 courses with wine pairing. The scallop soup, Iberico pork and lemon souffle were delicious. The wines were very good as well.
I enjoyed the lunch very much and the restaurant was well worth the 2 stars.
We had the Prestige menu featuring different types of caviar.
Each dish was creative and delicious, with the caviar pairing perfectly.
The desserts were excellent, especially the banana and passion fruit sorbet prepared tableside.
La Vanille de Tahiti was also a highlight.
The interior is elegant and festive, with beautiful tableware, plating and overall ambience.

Each bite-sized treat was a burst of flavour and texture, a testament to the pastry chef’s skill and artistry. The presentation, on a beautifully patterned plate, further enhanced the experience.
