I visited L’Envol again earlier this January, and it made me realize that I’ve been here quite a few times already, yet never really sat down to write a proper review.

Every visit has been consistently good. Food, service, and overall experience are always on point, exactly what you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, but without feeling stiff or overdone.

The service is one of the highlights for me. The staff are attentive, warm, and genuinely care about the dining experience.

It’s rare to find a fine dining restaurant in Hong Kong where you can come back again and again and still feel comfortable every time.

We were here to have a new year’s eve brunch and it is Excellent in all aspects! Posh environment with large windows, can see the nice weather outside. Professional staff that paid attention to details and control the flow very well. The food no matter its taste, matching and presentations were all marvelous! No wonder it’s been awarded the michelin in consecutive years! We had really great times in here! So far all the restaurants in St. Regis never disappointed me!

L’Envol is inside St. Regis Hotel, taking few minutes walk from MTR Exhibition Centre station.

The vibe in this restaurant is elegant, earth tone, high headroom. The seats are spacious.

The breads are come with butter and caviar The seared beef and cod is tendered. Everything is refined sand delicious in the restaurant.

But in some occasions, they will seize every single moment to promote their additional services, 1. white truffles when serving cod, 2. wine list even I disclaim avoiding alcohol.

Wonderful experience in a Michelin 2 star restaurant. Was here a few years ago and celebrated birthday here again this year. Everything keeps at its high standard. L’Envol is my favourite fine dining restaurant so far.

We ordered a 3-course lunch with caviar as the appetiser. High performance on the 3 courses, especially like the dessert of berry cake. It’s a well mix of sour and sweet, very balanced. We ordered another mango cake, which the freshness, the mix of different texture, and the balanced taste makes me think of the desserts tried in Paris. Love it.

Service and atmosphere are top notch.

I was lucky enough to try another Michelin 2-star restaurant, L’Envol. This restaurant has a beautiful and spacious setting, and the staff was truly exceptional.

I ordered the lunch set of 3 courses with wine pairing. The scallop soup, Iberico pork and lemon souffle were delicious. The wines were very good as well.

I enjoyed the lunch very much and the restaurant was well worth the 2 stars.

An excellent restaurant that objectively deserves three stars, not two.
We had the Prestige menu featuring different types of caviar.
Each dish was creative and delicious, with the caviar pairing perfectly.
The desserts were excellent, especially the banana and passion fruit sorbet prepared tableside.
La Vanille de Tahiti was also a highlight.
The interior is elegant and festive, with beautiful tableware, plating and overall ambience.
Highly recommended!

Nice food, nice service. My favorite was the uni with red prawn—absolutely delicious! The red prawn itself was also amazing, followed closely by the caviar with clam. I was pleasantly surprised with the dessert, though I was too full to truly enjoy it. Hopefully, next time I can try more! Overall, a very happy experience. Highly recommend!
