Service was friendly and food came out fast, prices are very good. Biscuits were hard, gravy was cold, country ham was dry, way too salty, and had a very weird after taste. The homefries were overcooked, bacon tasted like it had sat in grease, and the coffee was too watered down. Overeasy eggs were ok, toast was ok, sweet tea was good, and grits tasted fine.

The seating area was really gross and had had literal inches of dust, cobwebs and bugs in the windows, on the walls, and on the ceiling fans.
We asked about it, and we’re promptly told “we’re understaffed and you’re lucky the plates are clean”

A nice country diner that serves breakfast like I remember growing up in Union. The staff and owner were very friendly. You can’t beat their prices. Don’t bring your credit card, they only take cash.
