Very nice and respectful. They always give great portion sizes. They are also interactive with the customers being polite and engaging in small talk which I believe is needed for every business. Most times I go in right when they open and I am half asleep half the time. They always bring my energy up talking to me and getting me my food quick and fresh.

We had a company lunch, we called before they were even opened and they picked up. We needed the order completed at 10:30 a.m. which is when they open. I showed up 10 minutes before 10:30 a.m. and our food was ready to go! Very friendly staff, inviting, clean facility, we will be ordering from this location again!

Wife and I were anxious to try so we stopped in to pick up takeout for dinner. Brand new so interior was nice and connector to convenience store.
I ordered the Steak Power Bowl and asked for it to be made as described as I browsed the menu and checked out the place. My mistake for not watching as it was being made, as when we got home there were no power greens on it and the portion of guacamole was small. Flavor was ok, but the steak was somewhat mushy and had a weird texture. Not long after eating I started getting very sick. I will pass it off as a one off and will probably give it a try some point in the future after they are better established. Staff was super nice and friendly.

Hot Head Burritos did not disappoint! My daughter absolutely loved her burrito, and my bowl was so huge it honestly could’ve fed three people Portions are generous, everything was fresh, and the food was seriously delicious. We’ll definitely be back—great value and great flavor!

Awesome as always!!! Its my family’s favorite go to! There bowls are amazing,burritos & tacos! Love how you can really customize everything on the website especially because my daughters are sauce bosses lol. The workers are always so friendly every single time we have been there, our food has NEVER been messed up, wait time is exactly on point or even earlier, its clean & the food is excellent! We will not and have not been back to Chipotle since Hot Heads has opened!! Thank you so much we appreciate you and keep up the excellent work!!

Did not get all of my nachos for my bowl asked the girl why and she basically said too many cannot fit. Then close the bag and give me the rest I did pay for it why do I not get it. Too salty and had a weird taste to the taco meat, like it had been sitting. Queso cheese was like water. I got my order to go. I would not recommend this establishment.

Had an excellent experience with HotHead Burritos! We arrived a little before they opened and they let us come in early and served us. They were very kind and friendly and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back for more.

Food is always very good and fresh. The staff is always kind and smiling, and they do alot of small but important things like label the burritos. Alot of places don’t do that and it’s frustrating having to open up burritos to see what’s inside them to know who’s burrito it is
