This McDonald’s continues to miss the mark in making sure their customers are receiving 100% of their orders. This requires me to park my car multiple times and enter the store to fulfill my missing order which creates major inconveniences for the customer and the restaurant’s operations.

I also want to focus on the attached picture from my review which is probably leading to the missed orders other reviewers are experiencing. Seeing this picture while waiting for my missing order would cause me to have stress as a worker and as a customer which makes me question the well-being of the workers.
If the workers are being overworked during “peak hours”, missed orders will continue to increase and customer service will decrease.

The franchisee needs to either revamp its operations or hire more bodies so the workers can take their necessary breaks. If this franchisee is at break even or cannot make a profit with or without these changes, I would advise them to sell due to the customer service and probably the workers’ morale declining more and more each day.

Trash customer service. Order was placed and received nothing was told that I had to pay again at the cashier but all that was left on the payment was 3 cents. If the order wasn’t completed the money would’ve went right back on my card and I wouldn’t have a receipt for it in the app. So the cashier that just wanted to dismiss me over this instead of just taking the 3 cents you’re full Sugar Honey Ice Tea

Deleted my 2 month old review because this is the 2nd time I have been pushed forward to wait at the 2nd window.
Line was slow- rush hour so understandable. It moves quick, I pay, get to hand out windows – confusion as I was asked to go to the next windows and wait but a car (solo person) had been there already. They got their order and I finally moved. I waited 10-15 minutes as I watched smoothies and FULL BAGS OF FOOD handed out the window.
When I finally got mine and got home, it was wrong. Granted they upgraded my fries but my sandwich had items on it that shouldn’t have been. I was even passed up by a mobile order who sat for a quarter of the time I was there.
So, if youre a family in rush hour – go cuz you will get your food asap! If youre solo, youre kind of SOL and will wait at the next window or a parking spot.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Argyle McDonald’s. We have been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting on our food, and it’s obvious they simply don’t have enough staff to run this place properly. I asked three different employees for an update on our order, and not one person could give me an answer. No communication, no urgency, and no accountability.

This has become a consistent issue at this location, and today was the worst experience yet. If management doesn’t fix the staffing problems here, they’re going to keep losing customers. Completely unacceptable for a national chain that should have basic operations figured out.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.
Everyone seems over whelmed and the do not know what they are doing. Every time I come to this location near my house, they always forget a part of my order or never give any sauce you ask for. And who wants to eat without any sauce. Don’t waste your time. Place is ran by a bunch of younger people.

I have given this McDonalds location several tries since they opened their doors. Every single time they get things wrong. They’ll give you sweet tea when you ordered unsweetened. The’ll give you cold, soggy fries. They’ll forget napkins and straws. It’s always something, and I’m not going back again.

They literally messed up about three times in a row and then had an attitude about it. It sucks because it’s the only McDonald’s around us. Please do better.

First, they gave us a drink with a hole in it, and then gave us the same drink carrier that was already soaked. messed up my simple order and then proceeded to put the entire menu onto one burger when the request just wasn’t that crazy.

The guy who gave us the drink carrier didn’t even say a word didn’t apologize and had no sympathy when our card was soaked in Dr Pepper

1 Star — McDonald’s Breakfast Fail: Ordered Before 11, Waited 25 Minutes for Nothing

I placed a mobile order for 8 breakfasts at 10:55 AM for counter pickup from the parking lot. Walked in, gave them my order number, and waited. And waited. And waited.

After 25 minutes, I asked where my food was — only to be told “We never got your order.” Funny, because the app sure did. Instead of taking responsibility, they flat-out refused to make breakfast because it was “after 11.” That’s right — they made me wait until breakfast was over, then refused to serve it.

Weak apology. No effort to make it right. No refund — because apparently they “can’t do that.” Their big solution? “You can come back tomorrow.”

So I wasted nearly half an hour while their staff stood around looking confused, offering zero accountability. For a company built on efficiency, this McDonald’s location couldn’t manage a basic order.

If this crew ran an airport, planes would still be boarding from last Tuesday. Avoid this McDonald’s unless you enjoy paying for food you’ll never see and being told it’s your fault for trusting their app.

Also, the stupid feedback form they offer in response to reviews like this is garbage. It pigeons-holes the feedback, limiting the ability to provide full explanation. Requires an order number from receipt, but, funny, as soon as I walked out the store my mobile app wouldn’t give me a receipt, and I now have to make a call to get the payment refunded. So far 15 minutes and counting in hold. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very clean! At least partly because they don’t have self-serve. So no drink mess, no piles of napkins, or spilled ketchup. Employees were quick and friendly, just passing through or I would be back!

Service is incredible here! I was having issues redeeming my rew and they took care of it without questions. Food has always been fresh here too! They have even voluntarily remade my food if it sat too long!
