It’s Carl’s Jr. A tad expensive, mediocre food. Got star nugs. They weren’t very fresh, and certainly not what I remember them to be. I used to love these little nuggets made into stars. But the Oreo milkshake saved it. It was delicious. No larger option, but it was enough to fill that milkshake craving.

I’ve been a regular customer for 9 months at this location. For the first time today, none of the burger buns were toasted, the fries were stale, the chicken stars were still cold and the milkshake was all melted! Will definitely not return!

The staff is helpful and always makes me feel welcomed..This location is great for eating in the restaurant. The restaurant is always clean and is one of my favorite fast food locations to go to.

My complaint comes for Norma. Usually I just let it ride but today she was very rude to my husband while I was on the phone. He was getting me food on his lunch break while I’m at home with my kids who have special needs. Not only did she show poor customer service, but those on her team do as well. I will be contacting whomever I need to contact do get this situated.

The whole feeling of the restaurant is very unwelcoming with the doors in the back and one of them being locked. The temperature was uncomfortably warm, as if they didn’t plan on any customers eating in. Probably best to use the drive through.

I had a very frustrating visit to this Carl’s Jr. location. My food was ruined when an open ranch sauce packet spilled all over the contents of the bag. When I brought this to the attention of Norma, the manager on duty, she was completely unhelpful. Norma refused to offer a remake or a refund. She was also very unprofessional, repeatedly interrupting me and refusing to provide any information regarding the restaurant’s policy or how I could contact corporate customer service. The issue was not just the ruined food, but the manager’s unwillingness to be reasonable or provide any kind of solution. The lack of customer service from the management made this a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this location

Walked up at 8:10 and doors all locked. Service person saw me at the door, went and unlocked the other door but not mine. So I walk around the building, walk in, and the person just walked away, doing her stuff, and didn’t even acknowledge me at the counter. I left. And won’t be back.

Ate here while on a road trip, and it was really fantastic. The front desk lady Sam recommended the Queso Crunch Combo and it was really great, just what I needed. Staff was very polite and friendly overall. Definitely recommend
