Don’t worry about ordering on the app. If you do get there on time, you’re still going to weigh another 10 to 20 minutes for them to make your sandwich. So what’s the use of using the app? Plus the store’s a mess. Light fixtures has bunch of dust in it. There’s something running down on the back wall. Looks orange and slimy. It’s not what it used to be.

I’ve been getting the same sandwich for a year. Then today my girlfriend went to get us food from here, and they said they can’t make it with the two meats I chose (rotisserie chicken, philly steak). Fine whatever I won’t pay for it. NOPE!!! She was bullied into paying for it. You can’t just make someone pay for a sandwich that you messed up. You’re supposed to be able to put whatever you want on it anyways. This isn’t even the first time, this new staff is so rude every time we come in there. The place is dirty. The drinks never have syrup in them so it’s just carbonated water. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been too. I do not recommend going here. If I could use zero or negative stars to rate them I would.

The food is very hot! straight out of the oven, the cheese is super guey and fresh, same as the meats. (got the meatball sub) As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and bright. once you get up to the counter the workers are ready and happy to serve you! They allways have a smile on their face and a fast efficient pace! 10/10 would recommend

App order. App said it was ready. Got in line behind 2 customers, was told to move ahead to the register. Worker at register ignored me for about 3-4 minutes. She checked the other 2 customers out and then walked away, again, completely ignoring me. When she came back, I gave my name. She said they were working on my order; none looked like my order. Meanwhile, 3 more customers arrived & placed their orders. After completing their orders, I approached her with my phone to show her the app showing that I ordered a sub and they had had long enough to prepare it- 35 minutes by this point. Then she pulled out a register tape and showed me (someone else’s order) and stated my order still had 3 minutes before completed. I casually debated with her that that was not my order. By this point I had given my name 7 times and showed them the app order. The lightbulb finally clicked. Without apology or acknowledging any mistake, they finally started making my sandwich. There is no way to get a refund through the app. Believe me, I had the time to try while waiting. So, had I not waited another 5 minutes, I would have blown more than a lunch break. The entire situation would have been fine, except another customer who witnessed my wait, came to the counter and told them they should comp me a cookie for my time. After they refused to acknowledge any problem on their end, the subway employee just handed me my sandwich. And no, the mostly mayo sandwich was not worth the wait nor the money. Subway, you need to re-evaluate this process & teach your employees a little courtesy, like “we’re so sorry for the inconvenience” or something of that nature. Ridiculous!

Don’t recommend this location. The food is not worth the money! Six slivers of turkey on a foot long sub. If you can’t afford to put meat on a sub then don’t have a sub shop in all honesty. You’re paying $26 for bread. Go to the store and make your own for that with actual meat on the sub. Will not go back ever. Poor attitudes behind the counter.

This subway is under new management and has gone so downhill! I used to always order it for lunch from Uber Eats – my order is always wrong, missing drinks/chips. Sandwiches aren’t toasted when specified. I order a veggie with meat put in it on two different occasions. The soda bottle smell like BO. And the cookies taste like a chemical cleaning spray was spayed on top of them- I tried ordering on different days thinking maybe it was just a fluke, but no it’s every time now.
The inside of the store is disgusting and looks like it’s never cleaned.

Terrible customer service and quality of food. Communication between me and the two employees was very difficult. I like my subs with everything on them and they acted like it was a struggle to add anything extra . My sub was half the size I have gotten in the past at other locations and I always get the same thing each time. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Subway.

They are under new management over the last few months, and the customer service and food quality have declined rapidly. Had a meatball sandwich tonight that had absolutely no marinara sauce with it and was dry as a bone; couldn’t even finish it it was so gross. Not coming back anytime soon

Sunday 6/1/2025 at lunch time, I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches for me and my children. The young man working was very polite. The two women working were less than pleasant and had bad attitudes, clearly not customer service attitudes. They seemed to be irritated that they had to finish making the sandwiches. I got to the register and they told me the total was $49. I was shocked that 3 sandwiches were so much, I was going to make 2 of them meals but opted not to. They were trying to rush me to pay, when I asked how much everything cost because I was still shocked at the total. I’ve never spent that much at subway for the same order, other locations. So they both got smart with me about using the app, and how the deals on the app don’t apply to in store. Ok great. I said “that’s crazy” so the chunky brunette women looked at her friend working with her behind the counter in front of me and said “Nicky, stop making the prices so expensive”. So I told her “you don’t have to be a smart butt, $49 for 3 sandwiches is expensive”. She said “it is but we don’t make the prices”. So I told her “no one said you did, but when you make a smart comment it becomes a problem for you.” She then told me “have a good day”.
I am far from a “Karen” and have NEVER done a Google review on any establishment. These two women DO NOT need to be in customer service. I’m appalled at how they treated paying customers.

I’ve lived in Jacksonville for years and eat here all the time. They recently got new ownership and it’s went downhill. I literally just watched the man drop the cookie tongs on the floor and then USE THEM. never again.
