If you’re looking for something new to try check out Patacón Latin Cuisine in Youngsville! We ordered the Chicken, shredded Beef, and Pabellón Empanadas, along with a shredded Beef Arepa and the Pabellón plate. Everything was packed with flavor, and loved the cooked plantains. The empanadas were perfectly fried without being greasy, which made them even more enjoyable. They also had 2 sauces a white sauce and a spicy sauce. Both unique flavors the spicy isn’t too spicy but has a small back end kick.
The service was excellent, answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for something new and delicious especially if they’re new to Latin food. Will be coming back to try some other dishes!

I tried a Beef Arepa, which is served on a smallish type of gordita outside and stuffed much like a shredded beef torta. The flavor was very good but usually I get 3 for close to the same price as 1 here. I also tried the Chicken Pastelitos and the Beep Empanada; I found them to be dry and bland. A little onion would have gone a long way. They have very friendly service, but prices are way overblown for the food served.

Fantastic food. My wife and I were excited when they opened a second location on our side of town! Everything is definitely made in house. Definitely a nice change of pace on the normal options around here. Definitely come in with an open mind if you’ve never had Venezuelan food. It’s absolutely delicious

Stopped by here randomly, in search of a good Tres Leches dessert… did not disappoint! When I tell you we have tried many a Tres Leches cake in search of the best ones, this place is easily Top 2 from Houston to Lafayette!! But what’s even better is that their Pabellón Arepas are the best I’ve had also! Highly recommend this place.
