Finding the location was the most challenging but once we arrived the setting was in a cute location. The service was excellent and the food fresh and authentic. I ordered a lemonade the Faith Cuban Sandwich. The Cuba was fresh seasoned to perfection with a crispy Cuban bread. Lemonade reminded me of home (Costa Rica). It was so good I almost forgot to take a photo. Definitely worth a try I will be going back. The sandwich is very big and comes with fresh fries. They have outdoor seating and bathroom access.

A MUST EAT. Every single thing on the menu was absolutely amazing. All fresh and perfectly cooked. Its on of the top 3 of all the food trucks I’ve been too here in Florida! The dining is also set up cute outside with a homey atmosphere, and the people that work the taco truck are so kind as well. Definitely add this to your to-visit list!

The best place to get Latin Food in Apollo Beach. Their Cuban is THE best Cuban, and their Mofongo fried pork is beyond delicious. The owners are so kind and put so much care into every single dish. You’ll want to come back and try everything on the menu.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try last Friday and we were not disappointed. The owner was super nice, the food was delicious and even though there is only outside seating, it is covered and cool underneath.
I would say you definitely get your moneys worth. We ordered the steak and shrimp taco, the beef empanadas, and the passion fruit juice. Everything tasted amazing and was made fresh.
Everything was soo good that we ended up going back later that night. We have now been here 3 times and would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place sooner and just recently found it! The food is amazing! Freshly cooked, not greasy not heavy just perfect. Everyone who has served me is nice and with it being my first time they explained the dishes to me, which was very helpful. They were very welcoming. Food is amazing. Coming from DC area and eating at some of the best Latin restaurants this place gives them a run for their money. The staff is efficient and super friendly. They have a cute covered place to eat but nothing fancy. Just bring your appetite and stretchy pants cause portions are HUGE!!

Very first visit I was meeting with friends and I had their Philly Cheese steak and fries. Second visit a few days later, had to try the Latin Cuisine. I had Pork Tacos and my Son had Pork Cuban! Wow, delicious and very filling. Definitely a 5Star! Yes, devoured the taco and almost forgot to take pic!

Ok. I get that I’m a fat guy so it seems like I’d love anything but, “Bruh”, as my kids say.
I drive from Seffner to this place just for their classic Cuban. The Spanish bean soup is outstanding. My daughter will fight gators for the Hawaiiano burger. My son loves Monse’s favorite burger.
I could literally eat 15 orders of the stuffed potatoes with their homemade “hot sauce” (zesty but flavorful).
Everything is excellent. The owners, the Ventura family, have done us all a great service opening this place; they are a future national treasure.
We will be coming here until the end of time. Cannot say enough. Excellent food, wonderful people. Not to be missed.

Cute little food truck with nice outdoor seating. The food was SO delicious! Quite a generous and shareable portion! My boyfriend and I were happy in our choice to try it! We had Chicken Medallions with Latin herbs. Served with plantains, yellow rice and black beans.
