They didn’t know what has gluten. They cross contaminate the lettuce cuz they don’t use tongs. The bowl was skimpy .. someone else got a whole bowl after me. I’m still hungry after paying over $15. The rice is tough. It’s not safe here.

Don’t do deliveries with chipotle. Their third party is DoorDash and they absolutely suck. I ordered food and an hour later, I went to ask the dasher where the food was and she disconnected with me. I reached out to support which was HARD to contact a REAL agent. When I did, they refunded me the money and offered a free drink after 2 hours of waiting. Pathetic. Save your money people. Companies like this just care about money, not their customers.

I visit this Chipotle location regularly, but the attitude from the worker who served me on Sunday, 11/30/2025 just after 8:30 pm was extremely poor. The employee at the counter gave me a long blank stare when I approached and did not greet me, seeming annoyed by me being there even though the store was still more than 2 hours from closing. She repeatedly tried to scoop items without asking for my selections first, as if rushing me despite my being the only customer in the store. She gave me unreasonably small portions which were also stale, and then dropped my side tortilla into the bag in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. I’m not sure what her issue was, but this level of attitude and service definitely needs improvement.

I went in happy to get a burrito using my points. The guy puts half a scoop of rice and NOT EVEN half a spoon of guac like look at this , you cant even see the guac. The worst part was the cashier who rolled it up saw there was barely anything there and still charged me 3 dollars for guac. Worst chipotle experience ever.

This is the most consistent chipotle location that never fails to serve complete Trash – enjoy yesterday’s dry chewy chicken, steak always over cooked and over salted – tastes like jerky. Been going here for 5 years and they always disappoint, it’s gotten worse since they opened, definitely the worst chipotle, chicken is dry and stale, probably from prior day, guacamole is brown, queso is dried up and you get like 3 pieces of chicken – portions are minuscule, it’s my fault for expecting them to improve, don’t bother. Never again, not worth it!

HORRIBLE. I Just literally order a chicken bowl with corn salsa and tomato. I paid for guacamole.there was no guacamole on the bowl. There was barely any corn or tomatoes. There was barely food in that bowl. I don’t recommend this location.

I keep giving this location chance after chance and I am continually disappointed, even if some of the blame belongs to DoorDash. On multiple occasions I’ve had 1) chips missing, 2) order never arrives but the app says it was delivered, 3) the bag was opened or tampered with, or 4) the food just wasn’t fresh. I’ve had Chipotle in other areas where the food was noticeably fresher (crispy green lettuce and veggies, chicken tasted like it just came off the grill). Something about this store does not sit well with me, pun intended. No more. Going to stick with Pete the Greek if I ever need food delivered to work.
Edit: AS I WAS WRITING THIS my delivery came (see picture) and once again WITHOUT the chips I paid for and a bag that leaked and ripped onto my desk. Now I have yet again to go to Chipotle’s website to ask for a refund for the chips. I don’t want the $2+ back- I just want the food that I ordered so I can enjoy my meal. If I can’t ENJOY THE MEAL then you’ve lost a customer.
