I went to Subway and used the kiosk at the drive through to order two sandwiches. I ordered a chicken terriaki and a breakfast bacon and egg sandwich. Once I got to the window, the employee named Harjeet kept coming to the window and asking questions about my order. I asked her to just make it the way I put it in the kiosk. She failed to give me receipt and once I drove home I realized the order was completely wrong. I drove back to the store and went inside and showed her the sandwich and explained the order was wrong. It had tomatoes when I asked for none, it had no sweet onion sauce and instead had mayo which I never asked for. She claimed the mayonnaise on the sandwich was melted American cheese which was a very bizarre claim. She then printed my kiosk ticket to review. My ticket was correct and the way I wanted the sandwich. She argued with me saying that sometimes people enter the wrong order on the kiosk to which I replied the order was put in correctly and is reflected correctly on the ticket she has just printed. She continued to argue with me saying that she asked what I wanted multiple times and she decided to make the sandwich the “default way” yet my sandwich had no sweet onion sauce and mayonnaise was added (which is not a default sweet onion chicken teriyaki). Nothing she did made sense and was completely wrong. Finally another employee looked at the receipt and asked if that was how I wanted the sandwich to which I replied yes. The other employee followed my ticket order and built the sandwich correctly. The whole time the other employee was helping me, Harjeet continued to defend her actions which was very frustrating. I recommend not wasting your time with this particular franchise location.

I was rushed while ordering despite the store being empty, I was told to hurry, even when I asked for more time. I ended up with something I didn’t want, and the interaction around my registered service dog felt unnecessarily corrective. The experience was less than pleasant and I won’t go back.

A few years ago I went to this subway and I’m not sure if it was a bad day but it was awful and the service was horrible! But Iv been coming here again here and there for the past few months and it’s the best! The women who are working are so kind and helpful and they really make awesome sandwiches.

This Subway sucks. They are light on ingredients compared to other stores. Their produce never looks fresh.

The worst part is, as a person growing up around Yuba Sutter, I know a lot of Punjab people. Great people. If that’s all this store is going to hire, though. One employee per shift that is able to understand and speak English properly would be awesome.

We love Subway! Prices are a little high these days, but the sandwiches are good.

I ordered 2 footlongs and i requested thru the “special instructions” for BOTH to be toasted. Upon arrival at window, clerk says they are NOT toasted because they didnt charge me for it: TOASTING. Now it seems that orders thru window and/or online are charged for TOASTING. When I said that was crazy and this is a first time for me she said “they own aa the subways in this area and it is the same thruout.
The receipt shows my special insructions where she admittingly ignored.
Just fyi.

Ordered 3 sandwiches in the drive thru, was asked to repeat the orders 4 times. Fairly simple sandwiches, nothing crazy, did not get what I ordered. The second star was because my kids really liked the apple sauce….thank god the employees didn’t have to prepare it

I judge Subways and whether I’ll return based on their bread quality.. this location has crusty stale bread probably baked the day before or two. I’d rather be told that you’re out of a particular variety and have to pick a different one and it be fresh than the one of my choice and it be stale. Totally ruins the sandwich, even if you get it toasted. Also, my tomatoes were unfortunately small and green.. it’s summer and tomatoes are in season, there should be no reason for this. I will avoid this Subway if I can.

You shouldn’t ask for a tip before the food is made. I told her I want to see my food first before I tip you, she got attitude and said here there’s a no tip option. I told her I didn’t say I wasn’t going to give one, but I’d like to see how my food was made before I tip you. Because as soon as she pressed the no tip button, she went and told the person making my sandwich. (Whom I can’t see btw) so in other words, I don’t recommend going through drive thru. Btw, my sandwich had barley anything on it. So point made.

I was very surprised at how I was treated. I have a licensed ADA dog and not only would they not let me get water for her (from the restroom) but I was responded with “well are you even going to buy anything”? When I told them “yes I am I came to get something for the both of us”. It’s well I pulled out my money that their attitudes showed great improvement. So I turned around and walked off. I am a 41yr old male fully covered with tattoos from the jawline down and constantly am mistreated by my appearance but never just trying to get something to eat. Very disrespectful employees
