I had an absolutely amazing dinner at Akashiro. I did the full omakase experience, and everything was completely delicious! I got the passion fruit sake cocktail and it was also very good. I interacted with several staff members, and they were all excellent. The sushi chef with the dangling earring was especially friendly and helpful. Definitely get the ceviche and parmesan scallops. I also got to try some of the Nikkei (fusion) nigiri and they were all really good, but especially the salmon. Highly recommended for a great sushi dinner.

Incredible fusion concept. The food is out of bounds. The ceviche, scallops, Unagi all incredible. Recommended eating at the sushi bar if you can get a spot. The owners and the workers are so friendly. Must try the matcha cheesecake.

Friends recommended this place and I gotta say: if you haven’t been there yet you’re missing out big time.
The quality of the fish can’t be compared to those sushi places around, it literally melts in your mouth, uni was amazingly fresh and not overwhelmingly strong nor fishy, their ceviche must be the best I’ve tried, their tiraditos had such a combination of flavors and ingredients that leaves you wanting more.
Service was top notch and ambiance was really warm and welcoming, will definitely be back to try everything I’m still missing in the menu.

This was one of the best meals of my life! We had the full experience omakase to celebrate our anniversary and it was so delicious. The ingredients were of the highest quality and the cadence was excellent. The chefs were friendly and informative and the atmosphere was very chill. I wish we lived closer so we could be regulars!

I’m Peruvian and this was super authenticI highly recommend their ceviche the fish was delicious but the leche de tigre steals the show! Went here with a friend. Some of the best sushi and fish I’ve ever had in my life. Tried several things and everything was exquisite. I don’t think there’s a bad thing on the menu.
The ceviche was amazing. Great depth and texture. The parmesan roll was incredible. I’ve never had anything with that flavor profile in my life. Chutoro maki was out of this world. Yucca frita was a treat. Tiger scallops were amazing.

A unique experience that is definitely worth exploring. I would recommend their omakase tasting course, as it provides the best variety and experience. It’s pricey compared to other fine dining, but you 100% without a doubt get what you pay for.
