I love Indian food. So anytime I’m back home my wife and I dine here. It’s a must!!!
The whole place is a vibe from the awesome staff, great food, and nice atmosphere.
What we’ve had so far is the Lamb Pepper dish, Shrimp Biryani, Lamb Biryani, the vegetable Samosas
However, a word of advice if you’re not into spicy food get a Level 1 spice b/c their dishes can get pretty hot! Me, I like spicy so I always get a Level 4…working my way up to 5.

I had an amazing dining experience at Bajra Indian Bistro. The food was absolutely delicious — the starters were flavorful, the biryani was perfectly spiced and aromatic, and the presentation was beautiful. The ambience is cozy, modern, and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy authentic Indian flavors.
A special mention to Vithis, who provided excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout. Good service always makes the meal better, and this experience was a great example of that.

BEST INDIAN I’VE EVER HAD. Easily. It clears. The garlic naan is the freshest, most delicious thing you’ll ever have, and the korma is just fantastic. Puts every other spot to shame. THIS is where you need to go.

Bajra is one of the best Indian restaurants in Richmond. The food is consistently delicious! We found ourselves keep coming back almost every Friday, they should consider giving out LOYALTY CARDS.
My favorite is Goat coconut curry 10/10, my wife loves their Desi Chicken 10/10, Garlic Naan 9/10, Cheese Naan 10/10, spinach chaat , can’t go wrong with Biryani

Bajra is a knockout for anyone craving high-quality Indian cuisine. Their mango lassi is easily my favorite—creamy perfection in a glass. While the chaats and appetizers come in smaller portions, they are packed with a punch of such incredible flavor that you’re left jonesing for more.
