This store has two lanes in drive thru. We stayed in one lane over 15 minutes to finally be told “ YOU in wrong lane “ No common sense to simply block off lane. They must think they have the only food for sale. We went right across the street to Burger King no problem. Fast food, accurate and cute service.

Ordered a to go order and after I got down the road I discovered I was missing two orders of fries and there was absolutely zero of the spicy zax sauce that I’d requested. I’m a truck driver and didn’t have much time to waste. How hard would it be to verify that the order is correct???

I’ve been going to this location for a while, and the food has been great, but as of recently, it has not been. The fries have been so hard and stale as if they’ve been left out. I came to this location earlier, and whoever came out to hand us our food did it so aggressively and left without saying anything. So displeased with our recent experiences. Not to mention I found hair in my food. Very disgusted.

Ordered thru the app for pickup, glad I checked before I left , they forgot the order of fries. Food quality was as expected. Employees inside looked to be using the job as a hang out place and messing about.
