I’m amazed. The customer service is awesome. I was greeted with a nice hello. As soon as I walked in. Sam was super respectful, made my food very fast. While taking care of other customers. He was very professional on the restaurant was so clean . He even asked if everything was OK. Definitely need more people like him. Will definitely be coming back for sure!

Just found a nasty bug in my sandwich it made a crunch which made me look so disgusting. after telling the manager, she didn’t even clean the line or check the food for more bugs. Just kept serving it to people.

I like this location because it’s in the animal Heights area and close to my business on Broadway. The food is always fresh usually not too busy and the service is medium togood.

The quality of produce varies from over ripe tomatoes to satisfactory. I also do not like the fact they do not give you the chance to pick what or how much cheese you want. Sometimes they do what they want like too much cheese and not enough meat. They also keep you from seeing the meat go onto the sandwich so they can put on less. Price goes up and amount of fixing go down.

With this specific subway make sure and get here 30 minutes prior to closing because they will lock the doors up to 30 minutes prior. They will keep all lights on and hide in the back and not ach knowledge you. I’ll be suggesting on google to edit their hours because they are not even open until 945 or 930. Saying you are open until 10 pm is a joke and lie.

Don’t even bother going to this location the manager doesn’t care about customer service. There was a mistake on my online order and they would not take accountability. Subway must be really hurting because she did not want to make another sandwich for me. Then they had the nerve to try to bring God into the situation by telling me to stay blessed. Okay lol just do better and redo the sandwich if there’s a mistake. Oh btw the younger goth chick should replace this manager because she actually treats customers with respect!

The staff is always kind to me here. Nice location for a subway. The restaurant is always clean and pleasant to eat in. The bathrooms are also clean. Not ever too busy, so it feels nice to be here. My preferred subway out of all the other ones nearby.
