This is by far the best bbq brisket and smoked wings in Sac! Period! You know how you can find a spot and their food is on point and when you go again, its terrible?!? Not this place!!! They have been consistent with their beef brisket and their smoked wings since the first time we came here which was last year! And to me that is Unheard of especially when it comes to the best bbq! The lovely Vicky was our server and she’s totally Awesome !!! She was attentive, well informed about the meats and sweet as they come!!! Looking forward to our next meal there soon❤️

The brisket is very tender, which is impressive and not easy to achieve.
Other than that, there isn’t much that stands out.
Prices are on the a little higher side, and the service isn’t particularly friendly.
Still, since there are very few smoked BBQ spots nearby, it’s a solid option.
I would only recommend the brisket.
The sauce is a bit underwhelming, but mixing the side bean sauce with the spicy BBQ sauce creates an excellent combo.

Boy oh boy, I’ve been here probably more times than that one owl licked to the center of that tootsie pop and wow, each experience is unequivocally and ostensibly speaking, superb. Would recommend this place and there 50/50 fries to anyone and there neighbor, you will not regret eating here. Don’t listen to the bad reviews or the haters if you see any, this place is Top G approved.

Waited at the register for a bit before someone came over to take our order. Burgers arrived and it looked beautiful. First two bites were great until I saw the red raw meat in the inside. I ordered it well done so was quite disappointed. I didn’t eat mines, ate the fries instead. Our Two burgers meals were $49 total. Lots of parking was available and it wasn’t too busy or crowded.

The food (we got the 50/50 fries with tritip and the other with steak) was straight heat! The waiter came out to take our order quickly, but never came back to refill drinks and it took years to get our check when the place wasn’t even busy. I can’t emphasize enough how good the food was though!

My wife and I come to BBQ &Burgers Smokehouse at least once a month! The staff is always really on point, attentive and all around enjoyable to be around, the food, omg the food!!! I typically get the 50/50 fries with Brisket and she gets the tri-tip salad minus the blue cheese and sub balsamic. We haven’t had a bad experience, meat is always tender and flavorful and they have a decent beer selection! They also have the biggest tv I have ever seen to watch all the sports on! Love this place and the staff!!

Meats were very smoky and tender. Potato salad was nothing to write about. Beans were good had some meat in them. Mac and cheese was ok. I’ll go back and try it again.

Decided to branch out from our “usual” BBQ place and we’re SO happy to discover BBQ & Burgers Smokehouse. Ordered the 50/50 fries with brisket and the 2 item combo plate (tri tip, chicken, roll, baked beans, & mac and cheese) along with a couple of fountain drinks (free refills, but behind the counter). The food was fantastic! The brisket on the 50/50 fries was tender & plentiful while the sauces & cheeses on it were delicious and complementary. The chicken was flavorful, the tri tip was smokey, and both were very moist (sorry), while the baked beans had a great balance of brown sugar and some nice chunks of bacon.
The only thing that didn’t measure up to the rest was the mac & cheese – while *fine*, it didn’t have enough flavor to compete with the other food.
Rest assured though, we will be back!
