Employees are rude and dismissive. Entire establishment should be fired. They made my pizza wrong and I kindly asked them to remake it and the guy gave me an attitude and started stomping his feet sucking his teeth and shaking his head, the manager also giving me crazy looks all because I asked them to remake the pizza they didn’t make right. What a shame this papa John’s used to be an amazing place that served great pizza but now everytime I go there’s an issue. Weather the pizza is slopped together or getting attitude this place need new employees.

It had been awhile since I had a Papa John’s pizza. The last one wasn’t great but I thought I would give it another try. Boy was that a mistake. Ordered a New York style pizza with a few toppings on it. There hardly any toppings on this pizza the mushrooms came from a can and were tasteless if that was extra cheese which I ordered I’d hate to see a just cheese, it was more like where’s the cheese. The pizza itself was tasteless crust was awful. I have had frozen pizza from the grocery store that was better than what Papa John’s sent me.

Ordered a delivery that was only able to be tracked through doordash and apparently I paid for the doordasher’s dinner and this place thought trying to deliver another pizza was the solution when the first one got robbed? Don’t eat here. Thieves!!!

The last time I ordered from Papa Johns, it was via doordash and was a disaster. My order was never made, and customer support was beyond rude. The saving grace was I got a refund.
I’m so glad I gave this location another go, the manager Julia made my experience better than expected. The pizza was hot, ready, and her attitude really put it over the top. As long as she’s there, I’ll make this my regular pizza stop.

This is a reply to Matthew Morley, contributing to his end of the stick, i got hung up on 3 times when trying to call. Then when i finally got someone on the line, they told me they were going to put me on hold because “the manager said to.” We put the order in at approximately 5:40 pm. it does not take 3 hours to deliver a pizza, for reference i work at an olive garden where we have order of $2000 or more. We have always delivered the order within the hour even if we are late. there is no reason that our $55 order should have taken this long. relating, we have a family of 7 that are hungry. having to wait with the kids being as hungry as they are is unacceptable. we sent the order back around 8:20 because it was just too late. we had already placed the other order.

We ordered our Design your own Pizza. I had to add Steak , with the other meats cause Philly’s are one of my Favorite Sandwhiches. (I had it delivered). They allow Door Dash to do theirs. Our driver was Felicia. She was right on the money as I was following the App. Thanks Felicia and Happy Birthday Girlie!!
