Somehow good interaction with the staff but has no enthusiasm compared to other branches. Ample spacing between tables. Ample of parking space. Restroom is clean with neutral smell. No highchair seen. See images for reference

I visited that Starbucks for the first time yesterday around 10am ordered a caramel Frappuccino, I was assisted by a young man who was polite at the register when I got to the car I realized that the top of my cup was not put on properly so I had to deal with the female that was back there African-American skinny girl with blonde wig her attitude is below zero the nastiest thing I’ve ever encountered!!! She does not need to be in the front doing Customer Service. Her attitude is extremely nasty. I wouldn’t have given a star, but Google will not allow me to worst Starbucks experience ever.

I don’t typically go to this location because there is another one about 15 minutes away that is just lovely. I was reminded today why. The staff treats you like you are an inconvenience for ordering food there to a point where I felt uncomfortable. The main thing is that every time I go to this location it just looks absolutely filthy. The floor is filthy, the tables are filthy, it just makes you want to leave as soon as possible.

I have tried this Starbucks a few times, and found it too slow considering that it is never really crowded. Additionally, they fill half the drink with ice which is more than Starbucks locations generally put.

How do you not have toilet paper? And then not doing anything about it except put a note on the door? There’s an Acme 500 feet away. I went across the street and spent my money at Dunkin Donuts. Mind boggling. I drove out of my way to visit this Starbucks. It’s a food safety concern too.

I don’t normally go to Starbucks, but I decided to visit for some college studying. I didn’t know the menu and asked Emma variety of questions and she was both accommodating and sweet. Served drinks very quickly and tasted amazing. I will be coming back because the staff is good company and the music choice was great!

They are incredibly slow. They only had 2 baristas and then multiple other people just standing around doing nothing. Meanwhile, they were incredibly backed up with orders. Doesn’t make sense to go to enjoy an atmosphere where it takes them forever to make the coffee. Wait was so long I walked out without it. Never again.

Coffee drink was overheated latte. Music was relatively loud. Seating not very comfortable.
Ok to get drinks if you line the Starbucks selection. They should reduce the non coffee stuff, and start making much better coffee drinks especially the cappuccino and latte as done in italy. The milk foam should be smooth and rich. Maybe introduce a like of coffee drinks made Italian style?
