This used to be a great location but it is going down hill, quickly! Went through the drive thru asked for a bigger plate with orange chicken and chow mein. I asked that they please try to avoid the “big chunks of cabbage” their response is always we will try our best (they usually do). this time I basically got a plate full of cabbage I could not believe it. Also was missing the fortune cookies which seems to be a frequent issue here. The manager was the one doing expo on the drive thru. Sad to see that the manager is okay with this quality of food. I should have taken my food back and had them redo it. Lesson learned

I was treated like a con- artist just because they couldn’t find my name in the book that was written down in front of me when I brought my dry food back a few weeks ago. I was questioned so much, as if I was trying to get free food. I was treated like it was my fault I didn’t hold on to the receipt, they took the day they wrote my name in the book. I wouldn’t risk getting in trouble trying to steal a $13 from Panda Express it would affect my job if I had a stupid charge like that. I am so I was offended I was treated like a criminal. Instead of arguing I told the assistant manager I didn’t have time for games I would pay for my meal. The assistant manager said she refused to serve me over my comment I made “I don’t have time for games “ great reason to refuse service to someone. I didn’t yell or cuss at her. I just wanted to get my food and go but she was making things a bigger deal than it was.So I ignored the drama and paid for the meal with a different employee. I will not be returning to this location

The doors were closed with a note saying “we need patience as we’re short staffed”. While ordering the worker was constantly asking us “what else?” in a harsh tone for every order of a bowl or bigger plate. They were claiming to be short staffed yet there were at least 15 employees. The workers were also claiming “we’re stressing them out”. While eating our meals in this establishment a worker loudly dragged chairs against the doors to discourage customers from entering. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and my family and I felt like these chairs could’ve been a fire hazard. We tried being understanding and patient with the workers but do not appreciate the hostile environment. Panda express felt more like Panda stress.

Sad experience today, when we arrived they had a small sign saying they were short staffed and the were asking for the clientele to understand. We tried to open the door and was “closed” a good samaritan opened the door so we could enter, the sign never said they were close. I understand when they short staffed to be patient, as I was ordering i could see some workers specifically 2 females been really mad at costumers and when asking for the order the lady was more like rushing us. I totally understand when restaurants are short staffed and we have to be patient but dang!!! The experience was really awkward… I forgot the best part one of the “mad/stressed lady” in the middle of the meal she started to drag the metal chairs across the establishment to block the door so people couldn’t come in that could end up in a fire hazard, the cashier who was helping me was nice enough to kindly helping me and putting up with her coworker attitude. I want to clarify some on the employees try their best to keep up with the orders and helping out each other but these 2 females seriously couldn’t hide the anger towards the upcoming costumers.
I want to clarify i don’t know a lot about how short staffed works but we count at least 15 workers. Maybe I am wrong but some establishment when they’re short staffed are more helpful and understandable than here.

I placed an order online for pick up, arrived and directed to wait in a parking spot or return after 10-15 minutes for food. So I went to Best Buy nearby to kill sometime. As soon as I made in the store I received a message that my food was ready, so instead of turning me around they should have advise me it would be coming right up! It was only about another 2 minute wait and no one behind me waiting for their pick up in the drive thru.

Went today trough drive tru in the morning for a regular order of FRIED RICE and they give me this … when i enter inside to ask the lady told me whats wrong with the rice… automatical my brain start thinking this people on the morning shift they dont know how regular rice looks. This looks like a melted cake .. disgusting

I don’t usually do this kind of thing, but honestly, I feel this is a huge lack of respect toward the customer. I went through the drive-thru because I’m a bit short on time due to commitments we have today. I get home, serve everyone, and when I finally start to eat, I notice a blonde hair in my noodles. Everyone in my household has brown hair, so it’s definitely not ours. I immediately call the store, and the response I get is: ‘Call back later, we’re too busy right now.’ What kind of customer service is that? Not even an apology?! THANK YOU, PANDA OSWEGO!

I ordered my food on the mobile app about 10 mins ahead of time. There was only one other car in front of me when I entered the line. I get to the window and I’m told I have to wait and come back in 10mins to get my food. I was offered to either go wait inside or leave and come back. I ordered one meal. If I was ordering in person I would have gotten my food. So I leave and then 2mins later I get a text that my order is ready.
Edit: After waiting a few minutes to be safe and heading inside, no one could find my order. One person grabbed my ticket and then never made the food. I waited another 10mins until they realized the food was at the drive thru window the whole time. Huge waste of my time. Thanks for the cold food.
