First off, this is located inside the Whole Foods. With that said, the tonkotsu soup base is good! It has a deep and rich flavor and is on par with anything you can find at a “fast-food” ramen-ya in Japan. The chashu and noodles were good, and probably better than your average ramen here in the US but were only average with what you would find in Japan. Overall, though if you’re looking for a more traditional ramen flavor, this isn’t a bad place to start. Want to try their more original flavors next time.

This was about as meager an attempt at ramen I’d ever seen. I almost like the .10$ kind better. Ingredients weren’t bad just everything was cold and the broth wasn’t hot enough to flash cook the mushrooms or the bean sprouts… The egg was cold ALL THE WAY THROUGH!! Nothing was HOT AND RAMEN IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT!!! Piping hot! And to charge anywhere near 15$ for a standard bowl of ramen that is sub par is ridiculous. I’d you really like ramen pass on this…If you’ve never had real ramen…meh it’s ok but there is better for cheaper! I should’ve known when it was inside Whole Foods…

I’ll give them an A for effort. It looked great but the taste was meh. You can’t expect much from the South though. I mean it’s not like there’s a huge Japanese population here. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. Unfortunately, I know what I’m missing, so that makes me a harsh grader. If I were a random person who knew nothing about Japan or Japanese food, I’d say it was FANTASTIC!

Tried ramen and sushi burrito here. Both very good, which is especially impressive for ramen, as very few places serve it and even fewer can make it right.

Made fresh daily and so delicious!!
Easy to grab for a lunch break or picnic! Get it while you can because they sell out somewhat fast, as they only make a certain amount

This was absolutely delicious. Wanted to try something different for lunch and blown away. Got the original and can’t stop raving to all my coworkers about this place. A little pricey for a lunch but well worth it.

If you are looking for a little spice, the kimchi ramen is spicier than the spicy tonkatsu.
