I ordered food from this store tonight like I have several other times. I doubt I will be ordering from them again. The pizza was okay.. but the wings… the buffalo sauce tasted old and off, and the meat of the wings did not taste right either. Tried to give the store the benefit of doubt, but this has been several orders now that has had something wrong with it. The girl at the register was friendly and nice, but the food was meh. There was also an employee there talking about some customer at a particular address, and in front of other customers was talking about how the address was barred from getting delivery. The girl at the register is the only reason they get a 3 star on service.

The manger’s special was 2 lg and 2 toppings for 11. 99. I ordered a a large pepperoni with extra cheese for $17.00. So I learned that extra cheese is not a topping. $5 for some cheese. I thought the tariffs was on imports. I could have walked down to the food lion store and got a whole bag of cheese for that price. This was my first time ordering from here and I guess what my last. Order a pizza for delivery around 11pm and tried to call the store afterwards to see if it was a possibility to get red pepper and Parmesan packets with my order. I called three times and got no answer. Very disappointed as a left a sizeable tip.

We’ve ordered from this Domino’s a couple of times in the last few weeks and the food has been really good. Their crispy thin crust pizza is our favorite. The crust is perfectly crispy and not at all greasy. I also like the New York style crust. It’s not too thin, not too thick. They offer several different pizza sauces to choose from. We always go with the traditional robust tomato sauce. It has a tiny hint of sweetness that pairs well with savory toppings like pepperoni or sausage.

I have never ordered from this location and now I know why. The pizza did not come with the ham or extra pineapple that I paid for. Pretty much just the cheese I paid for and a few pineapple. It was overloaded with cheese that it was too soggy and not edible. Not “thin and crispy” at all. My partners chicken was undercooked as well for the wings. Threw it all away! I have tried calling customer support, emailing, called the store, and NOTHING. Dominos you need to employ people and not a “bot” to reach out to that does nothing but completely waste your time when there is an issue. Completely unacceptable! I have ordered Dominos from other states before and it has been great pizza. Something about this state tho…SMH

Edit July 2024* because i believe in giving people credit where it is due. This location must be under new managent because every time we have gotten pizza lately it bas been hot, fresh and quick. And we got it delivered within a reasonable time! Huge improvement from last year!
There is a reason there are so many one star reviews. This was the third time in 2 months we attempted to order from this location. The last two times we waited over two hours. Had to call multiple times no one answers the phone. The last time they said they forgot about our order. Had to go there in person just to find out they hadn’t even started it. They refused to refund the delivery charge they had charged us. This time I didn’t get my pizza at all. They won’t answer the phone, sending an email to customer service three times now still have not gotten any response from them. Customer service is the worst. I have three hungry children and now have to cook after waiting hours for nothing!!!!

I’ve been ordering here for years and the pizza’s always would take 15 to 20 minutes to make for pickup, and a maximum of 25 minutes. And in the last 3 weeks or so every time I order it’s been an hour wait! On the tracker it shows that they have began preparing your order but 20-30 minutes goes by and your pizza hasn’t even went in the oven yet. Obviously they need to hire more workers if orders are taking this long to make!
