I wasn’t on board with Panda Express when they first came on to the scene years ago. I first tried their food in early 2025. I was actually very impressed. I always order the “bigger plate” which you get 3 choices of dishes with rice and or chow mein. All the choices are very tasty, however I really enjoy the teriyaki chicken the most. Everything is hot and tastes fresh. The service is excellent with workers who have very good customer service skills. And it is a comfortable place to sit and eat your meal at.

Richard, the manager at Panda Express, truly sets the standard for what great leadership and customer service should look like. From the moment you walk in, his professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for both customers and staff are obvious. He runs the store smoothly, keeps everything organized and efficient, and still finds time to personally make sure customers are happy.
Richard leads with respect and kindness, creating a welcoming environment that makes you want to come back. You can tell the team is well-trained and motivated because of the example he sets. Experiences like this are rare, and they make a big difference.

I absolutely love this place. The line at McDonald’s was long so I walked over to panda express. What a delightful experience. Food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. The manager is friendly and helpful since it’s my first time there, I wasn’t sure how to order. I’ve been back 3 times in the past two weeks. Im hooked on this place, it’s made fresh and you can see the cook making it in the back. I love that. I highly recommend everyone trying Panda Express! Everything is fantastic and tastes delicious

The night manager Richard is amazing! He is so polite and efficient. He makes sure your order is correct and if it is not he corrects it right away and apologizes over and over again. I have had a few problems with some Door Dash orders and once I called the store to notify him, he has corrected it immediately. We went in tonight for a pick order and the food was hot and fresh.
Panda Express needs to hire more employees like Richard!

One of the tastiest Asian fare fast food places you can go and get a satisfying and affordable meal. The servers don’t chintz on the serving sizes, either. Clean restaurant and restrooms here. The staff was Fri and courteous.

The woman hollered at me instead of answering my question. I never got a straight answer from her. An employee in the back spoke up for me. The meats are soggy. The chow mein was burnt black! I had a whole cabbage stem in my chow mein and so did my wife. The cabbage in the super greens was so spoiled that the edges were blackened. There is an inch thock slice onion in the string bean chicken! (RIDICULOUS) I’m missing white rice and two spring rolls. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I called corporate. I’m also reporting to the health department. This is so hateful to do to people.
Even though this is my first poor experience here, I will never come back. We can drive further out to a different location. I am genuinely so sorry I inconveniences you with my $70 order. I hope the other location doesn’t mind my money going there instead. I just hope my family doesn’t get sick. If we do, we will be in touch with the bills.

My receipt didn’t have a survey code for some reason but I had a great experience working with Ambar today. She deserves a raise! I haven’t been to Panda Express in a while and she gave me her thoughts on the refreshers and let me try them all! I agree that the Watermelon Mango one is the best (it’s the one I ended up getting!)
The teriyaki Chicken was fresh and very tender. It always pairs well with the white and fried rice.
The portions are a bit smaller than they used to be but you can still get two meals out of a bigger plate!

Being a door dash driver we should not have to wait 25 minutes for an order. This cost us money as we get paid by order. Time is of the essence. Don’t take orders first thing in the morning if you’re not going to be prepared to fill them
