We were visiting Disney Vero Beach for the week and found this last-minute hidden gem! It started with the meet and greet at the hostess desk .She was very kind and courteous and got us seated at our table quickly, despite not having reservations and despite it being Memorial Day weekend! She told us it would be a 25 to 35 minute wait but wound up only being 10 to 15 minutes .
The staff was very courteous and kind !
Our waitress was phenomenal and took time to explain the items on the menu to make sure that we chose the right dinner item! The food came out quickly and the portions were generous. I had the French quarter burger. My son had a flatbread chicken pizza , my daughter had the stew, my wife had one of the chicken dishes.
It was absolutely amazing. It was a beautiful night sitting outside on the patio! I would give these guys a 10 star if it was possible! We will definitely be back! Thank you again for

Valentines day we were attempting to eat at an upscale restaurant in Vero beach after traveling from 40 minutes North and Tuohys was the only place that could seat us immediately. Service and food were amazing. Highly recommend

Every meal here has been incredible! From the steak and French onion soup to the flatbreads, cottage pie, and the pork chop (which melts in your mouth), everything is consistently outstanding — even the drinks are perfection.
The staff truly makes the experience special. Everyone is welcoming and attentive. Latoya always goes above and beyond, and the wonderful woman at the front with short blonde hair is a complete gem — she even checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely continue to go back!

My husband and I so enjoyed our meal tonight.
We had the oysters on the half shell, my husband had the meatloaf and I had the smash burger. Everything was cooked to perfection. Sean and his staff are amazing. The bartender was awesome! She makes the best berry mojito!
The young lady at the hostess stand is always so sweet.
As locals we love Tuohy’s!

My wife and I went here for the first time last night and loved every bit of it. The service and food were outstanding. for appetizer we had the fillet Gorgonzola eggrolls, and they were amazing. I had the 18 ounce New York strip special with loaded mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus and my wife had shrimp and scallops linguine for our main course. The service was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be planning on going back.

We stopped into Tuohy’s Downtown during a day trip from Orlando, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our visit to Vero Beach. From the moment we walked in, the service was phenomenal—everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a great atmosphere.
The food did not disappoint! My daughter tried raw oysters for the first time and absolutely loved them—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We also shared the Fish Dip special, which was delicious and full of smoky, savory flavor. For our mains, we tried the Meatloaf, Salmon Capri, and Drive-in Burger, and honestly, everything was fantastic. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. We seriously wanted to order the entire menu!
The hubs had a Dark Berry Mojito and I had the Mango Rita with a spicy rim. Both were mixed so well and very flavorful.
If you’re in the area (or even a couple of hours away like us), Tuohy’s is well worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Excellent restaurant. Since the close of Fire and Wine I’ve been diligently searching for a restaurant on the landward of The Tides. I need search no longer. Tuohy’s fills the bill admirably. I was last in this physical space when it was occupied by an easily forgotten Hawaiian restaurant. The new owners have completely redone the interior bringing both understated class and comfort to the restaurant’s physical layout.
The food is superb. I had a wonderful beef carpachio as an appetizer and was pleasantly surprised by a tasty onion soup; but it was the cottage pie which sealed the deal for me. It is basically a home made shepherd’s pie that is glazed over with cheese and might well be as good an example of comfort food as exists in South Florida! Sumptuous!
All in all we WILL be back. Again, and again and again!

We had an amazing experience at Tuohy’s last night. Everything was fabulous; from the moment we arrived being warmly greeted by the owner, Audra and hostess to the impeccable service offered by Pdor and the extremely tasty food and drink. The atmosphere is great, offering indoor or outdoor seating. This is an upscale restaurant but you can still get a burger which looked really good (on another patron’s plate). We had specials of crab stuffed shrimp- which had a slight kick which made it perfection. We also had the special of pistachio encrusted grouper with risotto – served with carrots and broccoli. The lemon butter sauce was perfection too. I could go on but you get The point. Definitely go to Tuwi‘s. He will not be disappointed and we are definitely going back.
