So very disappointed with my most recent interaction. I work nearby. We had previously been so impressed with the food quality and customer service that we have been ordering food for our employees once a week ever since we tried their meat-lovers pizza. Recently our management team has been ordering pasta dishes and sandwiches regularly as well. The prices are a bit high, but the food quality is excellent and the portions are generous, making it worth it. Today I ordered the lasagna. Not only was I charged $.75 more than the relatively recent menu I ordered from, but to say the portion was disappointing would be quite the understatement. I took three bites, had three bites remaining, and the flavor was… lacking. In the picture attached, the small lighter square in the middle IS the lasagna – the rest was sauce and cheese. For reference, the container is only about 6 inches in diameter, meaning I received a 3×3 square of lasagna for $17.25. When I came in after my shift to point out what I was hoping was an error, I was told the prices have been increased with the new menu release and that IS the portion even if you dine in. $17.25 for six bites of bland food is absolutely ridiculous! What bothered me the most was the complete lack of customer service (we have been seeing a lot of new faces lately) and attitude I received when I brought this to their attention. We will not be returning. We will be taking our weekly business to Grande’s across the street. The food quality is also excellent, the prices are lower, and the customer service is what you would expect from a small, family-owned business.

We decided to stop in this week because my husband was craving a good salad. We decided to also order some pizza. It was an odd time between lunch and dinner so they were pretty empty. We were seated right away. Our drink orders taken and we were given a few moments to look over the menu. They brought out some complimentary bread as well. Everything came out fairly quick and looked amazing. The salad was fresh and pizza crispy. Everything was very good. Vibe is your typically pizza place, nothing fancy.

Ordered my favorite, the pastrami sub. Get home to find weird thick pieces of meat instead of the shaved pastrami. Gross fatty thick pieces. If I’m going to spend $18 on a sandwich, I expect to enjoy it. Super disappointed.

The pasta and meatballs were good. It was a big portion. Nice and thick sauce. I like the atmosphere. The girl that waited on me was working the whole place and made it look easy. This place should appreciate her.

After my initial disappointing delivery experience, management went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it really showed commitment to their customers. Not bad pizza… Definitely a lot better as leftovers or reheated, if you get it for delivery that is, not sure if eating in will make a huge difference.
We just got the basic pies, a cheese pizza and then a pepperoni.
The one thing I’d have to complain about, is the fact that they make too many cuts; 2 slices essentially equate to a normal slice. Aside from that, we’d try the spot again and maybe ask for the pies to be baked a little longer.

Stopped in with my brothers and my mom, and this visit was wonderful. The food was very warm and delicious, and came out nicely. The vibe here was also very nice upon walking in. 5/5.

We hadn’t been to Streets of New York since before 2020 and it’s still amazing! We had an early 6pm dinner and got to seat ourselves. We had the Caesar salad and mozzarella sticks to start, both delicious! The complimentary bread is always a winner. Our waitress, Sheridan, was attentive and kind. She stayed on top of our drinks and checked in often. We ordered the 18″ pizza and left content with happy tummies. Great for families, Streets of New York didn’t disappoint.
