We recently visited **Pupuseria La Unica and Mexican Restaurant**, and it did not disappoint! The variety of pupusas they offer made it so hard to choose because I honestly wanted one of each
I ended up ordering the chicken & cheese, bean & cheese, and pork — and every single one was absolutely delicious! My daughter chose the spinach & cheese and bean & cheese, and she loved hers just as much. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly made.
We were both so happy with our choices and will definitely be coming back for more! ✨ 10/10 recommend!

Everything was great. The staff is super nice.
The atmosphere isn’t overwhelming and the building wasn’t super cold.
There was a previous review stating the chunky guacamole was “bussin” and it was indeed bussin. The verde sauce is really good, very limey. The rice, which I don’t normally eat, is good. The fajita vegetables were also very good.
However, they have very low quality meat and the salsa was basically water. The ground beef was similar to Taco Bell’s. Honestly a huge bummer because everything else was so good and we love supporting local.

Excellent Excellent food, and the wait staff are very very friendly . Prices are extremely reasonable. The Pupusas are excellent. I highly recommend this eating establishment. 02/14/23, the food and service are great. We had a chicken, bean, rice dish, and enchilada supremas . Excellent. Excellent food. Having another excellent Mexican food dish , 6/15/23. I had the ground beef chimchunga with rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce, and Pico de gio . Excellent. 4/7/24, I just can’t say enough good things about their staff, their service , and the excellent food they provide at a very reasonable – moderate price. Here it is already June 2024 . I realize I keep posting the same dishes over and over. I always say IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT or sometimes I say, IF IT HAS ONE LEVER — LEVER IT ALONE !!! Their prices remain the same. The food and service are well worth the moderate price. Their sweet tea is very good, really fresh, and unlike many other places, your glass is kept full of fresh tea and ice. Lots of ice. Just the way my family likes.

I am from California and I am also salvadorian. I havent had pupusas in years.I am extremely happy i found this restaurant the food was delicious. The pupusa were so tasty btw try the horchata it was great.I highly recommend this restaurant you won’t regret it. The service was good and price were decent.

This is THE best in Radcliff/Etown. We’ve been at Knox since 2016 and this place is our new favorite. We are avid Mexican eaters (typically twice a week).
I’ve recently tried the grilled chicken chimi, Carne asada, and now combo fajitas. Always hot, tasty, and fresh.
Their beer is ice cold and served in a frosty mug too.

Best pupusas you’re going to find in Kentucky. Fair prices, great service. Also had the tamarind juice and reminds me of grandmas tamarind juice. Tasted the loroco, beans and mixed pupusas. All of them top performers! Made this Miami kid far from home very happy!
