I ordered pizza at 1130am to be delivered at 5p. I checked the “pizza tracker” at 5p and it was still making, but showing as potentially being delivered at 510p. So I decided to call Papa John’s, ha!, I sat on the phone for an hour with no one answering. Finally I called corporate to try and cancel the order and get a refund, corporate said that they couldn’t but would put in a ticket and try to call the store too. Corporate couldn’t reach the store! Delivery guy arrived about 2 hours later saying pizza had been sitting, well we already did something different for dinner. Now, I have to fight for my money back on services not rendered. I got an EMAIL from the store, telling me to call them… hahaha..what a JOKE! Do better Papa John’s!! Normally my favorite pizza but aftwr this experience, I will NOT be back for a long time and I recommend you go elsewhere too! If you cant order pizza 5 and half HOURS ahead of time and get it on time or even a call to say hey, we will be 2 HOURS late, then it isnt worth the hassle!

Placed a delivery order that was never delivered yet the tracker told me it was. I called the store and the manger said she closed her store down early and they can make it another day. It’s 2 hours after I placed the order. Very unprofessional and rude. She laughed in my ear like my money and time is something to be played with. What pizza place closes at 8:30pm. Do better “Manager”. I asked for the general managers info and when will they be in, she said she is the general manager, yikes.

I ordered pizza to be delivered at 5:45 and it was so busy that they didn’t even start the order until 7pm. Then they contracted my order through door dash but the dasher canceled my order and I never received my pizza. When I called papa John’s they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and won’t refund me. I wish I could give negative stars. The lady calling was no help, just kept saying “sorry”. Never order from here

During one of my DoorDash pick-up runs, I stopped by this Papa John’s location. I was greeted with a friendly attitude, and they made sure the order was ready and accurate before handing it over to me.
As someone who appreciates great customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and welcoming the experience was. It’s always nice to feel valued, even when you’re just there for a quick pick-up.
If the team treats delivery drivers this well, I can only imagine the level of care and service they provide to dine-in or takeout customers. This experience left a great impression, and I’d definitely recommend this location for both the food and the friendly service!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and only received one called and spoke with Nicole, the manager, and she was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her when I was missing a whole pizza. When I called, she stated, “Well, what do you want me to do, ma’am. She was very rude and did not take ownership of the mistake that was made. Advised that I will be calling corporate offices to report her, and her attitude will not be ordering Papa John’s again, will stick to Pizza Hut, as they have better customer service.

I love Papa John’s, they have the best pizzas but the past 2 orders that I placed at this location in the past month have had something wrong. 1st order the pizzas weren’t correct and I paid for extra marinara and didn’t get any with the bread sticks and cheese bread. Tonight one pizza is supposed to have black olives on half and they’re on the whole pizza and only my daughter and I like black olives, half was supposed to be only pepperoni. I’ve worked at a pizza joint, why is it so hard to get the toppings and side sauces correct.

The process was the worst but my door dasher was awesome. The guy who took my call was great the manager was RUDE AND UNREASONABLE. I accidentally put the wrong address on my order. I called to get them to change it they said they couldn’t and needed to cancel the order completely. Instead of canceling I told them I would personally call my door dasher with the number listed. I suggested if they couldn’t just write it down and give it to the dasher they said no? After a few mins later I saw that there was a new door dasher coming. When I called the pizza place they said they canceled my order… this was without my permission. And they stated the money would be in my account after so many business days. But I hadn’t received an cancellation email and it still said that my door dasher was on the way. I spoke with the GM she was decent but all this to say. I was able to call my new door dasher without a problem and he got me my order. Will not be ordering from this place. Should’ve trusted the reviewed
