In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. I grabbed lunch here, and it was delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh, and crispy! I have visited here often as it’s close to my house and they have the best ranch!! Fast friendly service.

Never disappointed when we order from here. The pizza, no matter what flavor or style, it’s always absolutely DELICIOUS. Love their salads, samdwiches and desserts too! We usually order delivery and they’re always prompt and courteous. We order at least a few times a month!

The owner Kyle M is rude! Fighting with me over a pizza we asked for gluten free. I did not dare say the toppings are missing. Instead of making it right he argued with me. The customer service here is awful! We will go to 313 or Alibi moving forward! Kyle learn how to run a business! This was 53.00! We still to this day have not recovered our REFUND Thanks KYLE!

I had mistakenly entered the wrong time for a pre order. I was over an hour late, even though I thought I was only 15 minutes late. They had my order but didn’t want to give me old food. They remade my order at no charge. I couldn’t let them do that since it was my fault in the first place. I handed them cash anyway. They were very gracious and understanding of my own idiocy.

We always order and pick up our pizza or have it delivered. We particularly like the Lapeer Road location because it seems well run and the staff is on the ball, friendly and helpful.
The regular flavor of the crust is my overall fave. We order deep crust and haven’t been disappointed even once during the time we’ve lived out here. Food is consistently good!
Salads are always fresh, the wings are pretty good and once in a while, we HAVE to order brownies or cookies for dessert!

Have been ordering here for years and today they decide to suck. We always get the ranch cups. The few times we got a bottle it was super watery. This time they sent us a bottle, which is less than the total ranch cups we ordered. Not to mention they have door dash fulfilling some of their orders now. The dasher put the ranch bottle in the hotbag, so everything was wet from condensation, and the ranch was warm.
We call, and the guy on the phone is combative. He said he’s given people bottles instead of what they ordered plenty of times but apparently, we are the first to complain.
To top it all off, we asked if this will happen every time, or do we just have to order from a different place. He said “I’m not gonna beg for your business.” Well buddy we’ve been ordering 1-3 times a month for 2 years, and now your store will get zero from us. Hope management is happy with that.
