Only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of the great customer service from the lightskin manager with the braids that was working tonight (she was very polite and understanding even gave us extra wings!) However, the workers that works the to go/curbside pickup tonight completely ignored my husband the first time he went in there to see when the food would be done and weren’t very friendly. We waited for our food for an hour and still hadn’t gotten any response on when it would be done (they supposedly never even dropped the wings) until my husband asked for the manager. We ordered bone in wings and ended up with boneless. Thank you to the manager though! She needs a raise.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Big slimy, underfried. Flavor of sauce was good, however the wings were entirely too large and full of nasty fat. Would never recommend them for wings in Jacksonville. Owner, do better.

Most disgusting wings ever. Couldn’t even eat the flats because they were burnt to a crisp. No point in adding a flavor because they all taste like a turkey leg. I didn’t even order smoked but it tasted like that’s what I got. Somehow they ruined curly fries, which doesn’t make any sense to me. But damn was that Dr pepper good. 1.17 stars for the Dr pepper.

“It’s Just Chili’s”… Chicken bone in wings are surely done enough, and feathers all over, disgusting.
The Boneless wings are perfect size wise and usually ion point. The curly fries are seasoned just right, but usually show up soggy and falling apart.

The mango habanero sauce is very good. The ranch is watery but honestly the taste makes up for the texture. The Oreos taste like you got them from the fair. The only complaint I have is that when they sauce your boneless wings they kinda miss all the wings and it just pools underneath them. I advice getting your sauce on the side.
