My first time ever eating at a WaBa Grill. The lady at the counter took time to explain the food options. I went with the rib-eye bowl with half rice and half veggies. See attached pic. It was a very good portion of food that I almost could not finish. The flavor was outstanding! Everything was cooked/prepared to perfection. If I am ever back in this area I will be back again.

Ordered a chicken veggie bowl and the wild salmon veggie bowl. The veggies had clearly been precooked and were very Overcooked by the time they arrived in our bowls. Mushy broccoli, carrots and cabbage. Not good. The chicken and salmon were decent, as were the sauces. We appreciated the values of the place but think the kitchen needs a tune up.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was my first time eating in this place. The meat is really fresh also the rice is good. And the hot sauce is good. The place is very affordable. And it’s not too busy. The restrooms are very clean!

Probably the best quality fast food in the area. I’ve been here a number of times and never had an issue. Always got full and satisfied. Good customer service. Not a fan of the music, but no big deal.

Got a rice bowl with steak. I just payed for a bowl of rice, they covered the rice with sauce to make it seems as if the steak portion is adequate. Been coming for a few years when passing through I will be skipping this stop.

I will not be back to this specific location. While the staff was polite enough, the service was definitely lacking. They got my order wrong and did not even offer to correct it or refund the difference.
The food itself is incredibly fresh and delicious. It is too bad it is so expensive. The price combine with the poor service will probably prevent me from ever returning to this location, and possibly any locationsfrom this chain.
I ordered a veggie bowl with avocado, what I got was a tofu veggie bowl with avocado. I am not supposed to eat soy. All they said was “sorry for the miscommunication”. Bummer.

Food was fantastic and great, friendly service. Place was busy, but we still received our food in a timely fashion and it was delicious. Perhaps a little on the pricey side, but well worth it and looking forward to stopping in on future visits when we travel down south.
