This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations. I found this place through recommendations in Facebook groups, and it truly lives up to the praise. The service is excellent, from the friendly welcome at the door to the warm and attentive atmosphere throughout the visit. The restaurant is spotless, and the food is simply exquisite. Portion sizes are generous for the price, and each ingredient’s flavor stands out beautifully. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended if you’re craving great Chinese food.

BEST WONTON AND EGG FLOWER SOUP I’VE EVER HAD. Great place on a rainy day… I even found a heart in my soup! (Green onion)
They play classic piano music.

The food ia the quintessential Chinese food in America. It is soooo good and nostaligic. The breading on the chicken is perfect. The lumpia was surprisingly very good, we got a 2nd order to go. The waitress was so nice. The place had the going to a Chinese restaurant growing up in America vibe. Honestly, we will be back often!

The indoor space looks way better than outside. It’s super cozy and nicely decorated. The food is really tasty. The service is awesome and friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to eat.

New ownership, the restaurant and bar are so clean!
Great food, I started eating so fast, I completely forgot to take pictures.
They have a “Specials” menu- we ordered the pork buns and shu mai- both very good and good size.
We also ordered:
Hot and Spicy pork ribs- these are slightly breaded and tossed in a sauce similar to General Tsao
Sesame Beef- the beef was tender and flavorful, served on a bed of glass noodles with green onions
Mapo Tofu- which has a nice spicy kick.
Everything was fantastic, I’ll definitely come back!
I can’t wait to try more off the menu.
We sat in the bar to watch football, it was awesome.

Called in a take-out order for dinner on the way home from Richmond Beach Park. Ordering was easy and straightforward from reading off their menu posted online.
I’m spoiled in that I have eaten really good traditional Chinese and fusion Chinese food all over Asia and here in Seattle. I’d say the Royal Unicorn dishes I ordered were good enough for dinner in a pinch.
The dining area looked clean and pleasant so we may come back again and dine in if we find ourselves nearby and hankering for Chinese food.

Someone recommended this Chinese food to us. We were very disappointed if you order chow mein it’s all noodles, very little veggies. I ordered veggie chow mein. very lam!! The green beans were great but that’s it. I would never go back. I mentioned it to the owner, but she wasn’t helpful. We treated our guest for a birthday dinner. They were unhappy as well.

Highly highly recommend! Under new management lately and it’s my favorite place to go in all of shoreline. Their food is fresh and authentic. I’ve gotten the coconut shrimp, beef curry, fried rice, chow mein and orange chicken. Never disappointed when I try something new.

Disappointing take out experience. Small pint size containers for full price was supposed to be full sized dinner entrees twice that size. See pictures. Feel ripped off. Egg rolls and Crab Rangoon were burnt. Fried rice overly soy sauced. Must be new management or owner? Wasn’t like this before.

Delicious, fresh food. The server was very friendly, checked on us often but didn’t over do it. Will definitely return.
It was a very peaceful setting.
