Ordered 3 smoothies. All tasted severely watered down, just like all the previous 1 star reviews have said. Had one remade, still watered down. Clearly not a bug, but a feature of this location. Never encountered this in other locations. Don’t waste your money or time there.

Literally the worst branch I ever been to. Best one is in Fort Myers, FL. Food was bland looked like they stayed from afar and throw the toppings in it, looked like nothing I’m use to getting in the south; smoothies weren’t very good (if ever near a smoothie king get their smoothies instead). Lots of giddy teenagers employees acting ridiculous inside. My gf threw her food away.

My $5 kid smoothies and $10 adult smoothies had no flavor. They don’t have any Splenda so they just made them with zero sweetener and “added water” because they were “too thick” so I pretty much spent $30 on flavorless ice.

This is the 2nd time I get dates in my Smoothie and after drinking, they are still whole at the bottom of my cup.
Other than this fixable issue, service is good, restaurant is clean and people are pleasant!

This is a GREAT lil spot for a healthy fix. I have been really enjoying the Detox Island drink and the Chicken Thai wrap. My body appreciates this place. So thanks for providing healthy food and delicious smoothies. Its a must stop. Skip Taco Bell, Burger King and all that trash for something your body will thank you for.

I was in the area today and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. I searched the area and saw this place. I love smoothies and all things tropical so I was excited to see a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. After reading several reviews I was discouraged and decided to eat at a different restaurant as time was of the essence. However, after my daughter got out of her appointment and I was not pressed for time I decided to stop by and see if it really did take a long time to get my order and if the dining room was closed.
I was pleased to find the dining room was opened and my order was finished in all of 3 minutes.
I’m very pleased with the taste of my order as well.
Great establishment. I will be back!!

Went through drive-thru. Fast service. Pleasant experience. Food was good. My only complaint is a major one though, paper straws!! After about 3 minutes of the PAPER getting wet it collapses on itself and starts to fall apart. Paper comes into my drink and now I can not finished the rest of my smoothies 3/4 full because the paper straw is not functional. Paper straws are useless!! I will not go back if that’s the only option. I did ask for a lime straw but they were all out. This was before I even knew they switched to PAPER straws!! What a useless invention!! PAPER!! It can not get wet!!

Went here this morning before work. The lady at the drive through was very pleasant and helpful for it was my first time here. The two ladies who brought me my wrap were very pleasant. Food & smoothie were great. It was nice to be greeted with such friendly staff, kudos to you!
