My friends ordered 2 pizzas under my name. I had assumed they already paid for them but when I got there and told them my name and that I wanted to order a few more things, they told me my total was $26 i was confused but they told me it was a phone order. So i was like okay thats on me and my friends for miscommunicating. I tried explaining the confusion to the man at the register not placimg any blame just simply communicating the error but he immediately came off incredibly rude treating me like I was stupid and told me “if you cant pay just leave ill keep it you can just walk out the door you dont have to pay”. I was polite the entire time and just genuinely a bit confused but not angry. Dont come here if you wanna be treated like youre stupid

DO NOT EAT HERE!
They literally make the pizza without gloves. So thats a red flag right there.
And I do not want to think that if they cook with their bare hands. If they touch anything else without washing or cleaning them.

We place a weekly order of 40 or more pizzas for our high school youth ministry. Every week they have the pizzas, perfectly made and served with a smile. When he’s able, the manager even helps bring them out to my car.

Last week I forgot to pick up the receipt I needed for reimbursement. The manager kindly produced a duplicate receipt and sent me a photo to save me an extra trip down there. So they have gone above and beyond for us. A highly recommend this store.

I’m extremely disappointed with the hygiene practices at this Little Caesars. This is the second time I’ve visited this location, and once again, I witnessed the employees handling food without wearing gloves.

The young lady working the front register took orders, then immediately went to the back and began preparing food that she removed from the warmer in the front—without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I watched the young lady with n the back grab cheese and other toppings with her bare hands, and she looked to have on nails, I can be wrong . However that’s still an awful practice. The entire back was digesting to watch. The guys did not have in Grover’s. Just disgusting to watch.

I only returned this second time because I was short on cash and needed something inexpensive. But the pizza was awful, and after witnessing such poor sanitation again, I will not be returning a third time.

This kind of disregard for basic food safety is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

This used to be one of the best Little Cesar’s around. The owner was always super friendly and professional. This is no longer that store.

Went in today 7/26/24 around 6:30 pm. I ordered a hot-n-ready, and the guy at the counter said it was $9.96. When I questioned him about it, he said it had been like that since 2018. I was in a hurry, so I just paid and left.

After leaving, I verified through the Little Cesar’s website that the price is indeed $6.99. While to me, it’s only $3, if he has been doing this for a while, it could add up. I consider this theft from either the company or their customers.

To top it all off, the cheese tasted like it was expired.

If this price was authorized by Little Cesar’s, I will edit my review.

NEVER GO HERE. OVER AN HOUR WAIT FOR NO PIZZA. Terrible experience. My father came by for the night to have dinner & enjoy a movie. Ordered 1 pizza at 6:50pm. Said it would be ready between 7:18-7:23. It’s now 8:10pm & we’ve been waiting over an hour for our pizza. They just now informed us that they don’t know where our order is so instead of making some sort of effort to help us they just gave us our money back & sent us on our way.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid in the early 2000s. The owner then/now (maybe) always came in clutch for us when we were broke and could only afford a 5 dollar pizza. We went there so much, he remembered our names, hah. I’m 31 now and I just wanted to thank the owner for his kindness. I won’t forget it!
