The service left something to be desired. Although I was the only one in the store the team could care less I was even there. I was notified one of the items I wanted was discontinued, no problem.
Although my to go food was done very fast when asking for a to go bag the employee just put the bag on top of my items. And said it if I wanted napkins then I can reach over the service counter to help myself. Not only is it not ideal but also not sanitary.
The other location in Carson that closed down to we much better.

We order sandwiches almost weekly. The people who work there are Amazing! Tim is a wonderful sandwich maker and the rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful too!
It’s my favorite location to buy sandwiches. There’s another JJ but this one is our go to spot. The sandwiches are yummy and well made.
Their customer service is awesome!

Went to north Carson store 2 weeks ago around 6pm. Was told the dining area will close at 6:30. Ordered, ate, and left by 6:20…no problem. Went back last night (12/21) before 6 pm and was told that the dining area was closed. The sign on the door says open til 9pm. The 4 of us walked out and went somewhere else.

ATMOSPHERE: Great vibes and a large space! You can actually feel like you can stay there and chat with your friends, or eat by yourself.
SERVICE: It was quick as always! Also it’s kept clean and the trashes are taken care of quickly
FOOD: We got a #10 and #9 on wheat. The wheat was smashed, but other than that it was good. Also get chips and add them to your sandwich for extra crunch.
OVERALL: 10/10 would recommend!

I had had issues in past with this locations delivery being inconsistent and inaccurate; so Instopped fast forward two years having a busy day I decided to take a chance and I really wish I didn’t, placing my order I specifically put the address with WHICH DOOR AND A #to text or call if any questions (it’s not hard). both instructions were ignored and it was delivered to a different office. Then when I walked over to get my food(DIFFERENT OFFICE), My drink was forgotten by the driver. When I called the store the male who answered was annoyed and stated “well, I’ll call his cell, and ask him to bring by”I asked if he could ask him to meet me at the west door, more annoyed now the response was “I’ll do the best I can”{nope that would be following instructions on the reciept}. I waiting 7more minutes NO SHOW WITH DRINK! I then got annoyed WONT EVER DO DELIVERY , heed with caution if you do!!

I love Jimmy John’s, I have a favorite sandwich I always get, and it’s one of my family’s favorite fast food chains. But this store is very inconsistent on toppings. One day there’s barely any meat, the next day it’s perfect. Some days it’s like the toppings god blessed me and I get double meat for free. Sometimes I order double meat and I get the regular amount. Today my sandwich was mostly lettuce, very little meat, and no condiments. It was still good, but it’s disappointing paying $10 for a sandwich that is missing half of what I’m expecting.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. The guy taking my order was fine. One guy was outside and came in all pissed off. Didnt wash his hands before making someones food. I asked for a bag and was told “its right there” and pointed to items behind the counter. I had to reach behind the counter and bag my own items. I will never reyurn to this location. Very hostile and toxic. Got mad because I didnt leave a tip? What about my visit was worth a tip? Horrible!

We were passing thru Carson City, NV & needed lunch, but were sick of Subway, McDonald’s etc. Decided to try Jimmy John’s- we were greeted when we walked in , ordered 8″ Beach Club & Italian Night Combo. Prepared under 10 minutes, considering there was 3 other people ahead of us in line. We Loved our sandwiches! And loved the employees! We’ll definitely be visiting another JJ’s soon.

We just left this place and the guy taking the orders over the speaker and at window was so unbelievably rude and horrible!!!! Never have experienced service so bad we waited at the speaker for 2 minutes after ordering and asked hello? And no response eventually we pulled up to the window and the guy was rude and we asked when they closed we arrived before 8pm the boy responded “WE CLOSE AT 9PM BUT DONT HAVE TIME TO MAKE ANYMORE BREAD OKAY!” We did not ask for them to make more bread this was
unnecessarily rude and I will NEVER be back to this place after the experience today very disappointed because we just wanted a late dinner and love Jimmy John’s but this was the worst service imaginable.
