I truly can’t say enough good things about Indra’s. This is a genuine five-star restaurant, and I consider myself fairly well-traveled. I crave this place constantly. The chicken is always cooked to perfection, and the portions are incredibly generous.
The staff are amazing—hard-working, kind, and genuinely great people. This has become my comfort food over the years. I still remember trying Indra’s for the first time before my son was born, and it has remained just as special ever since.

Indra’s has the best curry I’ve ever had, it is absolutely phenomenal. We’re from Sudbury and go to North Bay specifically to eat here. Big portions and tons of flavour.
We usually call at least an hour in advance, the wait times can be long. But you can tell (and see in the kitchen) that they are busy preparing your food and not just heating it up or scooping it from a trough.
Great staff, great food. The medium spiciness is an Indian medium, so be sure to adjust accordingly if you don’t know what you’re in for. I like spicy and the medium is perfect!

Words of my wife “ The flavour of the butter chicken isn’t overpowering! ” We order Chana masala, chicken Korma, Samosas and Biryani. All dishes are delicious! The best Indian cuisine in West Nipissing! Indulge if you’re in North Bay.

Wish could give 0, ordered 3 hrs before and won’t get it on time and on top gave dal tarka instead of dal makhni, and butter chicken wasn’t butter chicken seriously, I can make better then this if I get time. Sorry about customer service they charge alot for delivery and even after picked by ourselves don’t want to get rid of those charges, 2 dishes for $32 ,insane,beware of them

Just went for take out. Order was waiting. Hot. Serving size was large…more than I could eat. Could tell that the large round of Garlic Naan bread had been pan cooked…so good!

Indra’s is the best Indian food in Northern Ontario!
Everything is always so fresh, and flavourful. We highly recommend the vindaloo, and bitter chicken for those not sure if they like Indian food, and ask the staff for recommendations. We will keep coming back for more!

It’s a great treat and the portions are huge. Can feed you for 2-3 days and taste great each time. They use lots of meat so you don’t have to go digging around. A must try.
