Since moving to Rocklin, it’s honestly been a bit of a struggle to find restaurants that really hit the mark for me. I’ve tried a handful of spots, but nothing’s really stuck—until now. This place might actually be a strong contender.
First off, the portion sizes are no joke. You definitely get your money’s worth, and then some. I ordered the tempura, it was crisp, flavorful, and didn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. You can tell they care about how things come out of the kitchen.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. For how packed the place was, everyone was super friendly and genuinely accommodating. You could tell they were hustling, but they still made the effort to check in, smile, and make sure people were taken care of. That goes a long way for me.
It’s rare to find a spot that balances good food, big portions, and solid service—especially when it’s busy. This one might just become a go-to.

The food was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The service was friendly and efficient. I tried the stuffed jalapeños, Volcano roll, and the Kevin roll, all of which were excellent. The spicy rolls had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavors. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great tasting sushi! loved my roll. I got very full eating here and only had to order 1 roll. Never had that happen before. Quality is great. Miso tasted good, not too salty. The interior is very small.

Right when you walk in you can feel the positive energy. The waitress was friendly and let us sit where we wanted. The food came out quick.
My wife and I were impressed by the quality of the food. I’d highly recommend this place! We ordered the 911 and a Lion King. Both were exceptional. The price is about mid ranged.
The sushi rolls are big and have a lot of depth for flavor. The 911 has a good kick of spice and sauce. The Lion King was nice and hot, it came out on a sushi place.

Normally I’d give them 4.5-5 stars for the quality/flavor of food. As my pseudo-sister and I were finishing up, a COCKROACH was crawling on my shoulder. I at first had thought it to be my ponytail, but as I moved my hair to the other side, I realized there was still something tickling my shoulder. I then quickly brushes off my shoulder and once it fell to the floor, I confirmed it to be a small young Cockroack and it scurried away beneath the bench to the left of me. Unfortunately it was too quick and I couldn’t take a picture. I assure you this was not a pleasant experience. We quickly went outside and finished up our conversation outdoors.

I had never had a chance to eat Sushi in Rocklin, so this was my first place. It was VERY GOOD. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. I ordered the Garlic Albacore, Granite, and Rocklin rolls. All three were very good and very large. You will not leave hungry after a trip here. The only reason I didn’t leave a five is because the rolls were over-sauced. If they pulled back on the sauce usage a bit, they would be AMAZING rolls.

Went here on a whim and it totally exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and plated beautifully. The service was A+ !
There was one thing I noticed that made me want to come back over and over again…we sat by a family with some small children who seemed to be extremely fussy, one of the waitresses came over and distracted the baby so the parents were able to eat. She was very safe and had a mask on and then asked to pick the baby up and took the baby around and even outside and I kid you not, that baby never made a peep after that! She was truly a baby whisperer and was so calm and amazing. My husband and I felt such happiness in our hearts when we saw the care they had for their customers and food. You can definitely feel the love in here. We will be returning! Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience ❤️
