I used to go to good city for good cheap Chinese food until they decided to start cutting costs by putting less ingredients in their food. I’ve been coming to China One for a year. Today was the worst day ever. The guy was completely RUDE to me. A white woman came in after o ordered and he treated her totally different. I ordered what I ALWAYS order separately the wings with sauce on the side for myself and of shrimp fried rice for my son. I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP! I simply said three times to separate them due to I know that I am highly allergic to shrimp. He gives me my order and it’s all together except the sauce. The sauce was the only thing don’t right. He had the worst attitude ever. I tried to order egg foo yung and he said no egg foo yung and brushed me off and help the white lady. I’m assuming he is either having a bad day or HE DON’T LIKE BLACK PPL! I will be reporting them to the BBB. I Kept my cool because apparently he wanted griffin police to show up and was trying to get me to show OUT! Little does he know I know how to handle this type of situation the correct way and that’s to report him. You NEVER give some who is HIGHLY Allergic to seafood things together. I had to go buy something to eat somewhere else for myself. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY again and I will NEVER BE COMING BACK! Customer service was the all time WORST!!!

Saw the guy sitting in the back fidgeting with his phone…I asked him to put on gloves or at least wash his hands before handling my food which he touched meats etc with his hands…he got upset and said go to another Chinese restaurant which I respect him for being upfront but touching your nose and phone then handling food in people’s face is hilarious…enter at your own risk you’ll definitely get some extra seasoning

Pretty awful experience. Ordered mongolian beef with fried rice and schezuan beef with fried rice and a side of broccoli. This is what the beef dishes looked like. Yellow rice? The “beef” was chewy with the taste and consistency of pork. Total order was $31 with tip. We only we ate about $9 worth. Threw the rest in the trash. The owner needs to start reading these reviews. SORRY excuse for Chinese food. Won’t be coming back here.

My nephew ALWAYS says how this establishment food is good. I recently came to visit him from New York and I asked him to have an order of “Vegetable Lo Mein” with EXTRA ONIONS and BEAN SPROUTS and this is what I see when I open my food.. NO VEGETABLES, LITTLE ONIONS and NO BEAN SPROUTS.. WHERE ARE THE CARROTS?, WHERE IS THE BROCCOLI ?, WHERE ARE THE SNAP PEAS,.? VEGGIE’S JUST IN GENERAL !!???? I will never understand the hate this place gets as it is by far the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten here numerous times with 0 of them being bad experiences. Food is always cooked fresh to order. I will continue to recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone
