Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating here. The staff were great that’s why service is a 5star. I ordered for take out. My first bit once I got home with my lunch had a piece of wire/metal in it. I had a craving for teriyaki chicken and 9 months pregnant all I wanted was to satisfy that craving. Unfortunately didn’t happen. I was really disappointed cause it was my first time trying it.

Really good Chicken Teriyaki. I was surprised for a chain how good the chicken was. It tasted really fresh and was grilled crispy and juicy with teriyaki sauce on it. Noodles are good , veggies are fresh steamed. The fried rice is super awesome with egg in it like it should be. The spicy Tofu is definitely spicy but has good flavors. The restaurant is not that big. Maybe 6 or 7 small tables it seems it would fill up quick but service was fast. I would stop back when I’m in the area and try some other items.

They do Seattle style chicken teriyaki (as opposed to the mall food court style) and it is delicious. Real grilled chicken thighs and breasts and fresh veggies. Their staff is also super friendly and helpful! Will def be back!

I gotta say this was better than I thought the ordering process is a little confusing at the beginning. I got the teriyaki chicken and it tasted like real chicken and pretty good. The white rice was good as well I definitely see myself coming back a few times a month especially since they have a good rewards plan thru their app

I love this restaurant, the vegetables are always freshly made, same with the meat and chicken. On top of that, the workers are super friendly and attentive in any situation. The cashier Shanel is always on top of everything, the cook David is very fast, and not to mention the manager Deb. In conclusion, everything is 10/10.
