Completely awful both sandwiches I ordered went in the garbage bread was super hard, the other one was squished and swimming in so much sauce it was soggy not to mention didn’t receive all my order. Only received the subs when I ordered bottled drinks 4 bags of chips and 3 cookies. I understand having a bad day but this is the first time I just had to trash my subs from here, please just do better.

I went inside subway at 8:15 pm on February 23,2024, to purchase 2 Charros only. The first thing I observed was the lady working alone counting money. She had a handful of coins in her hands. She put the coins in the register and proceeded to take my order. I ordered the two charros, and she got them out, and then was taking them to put in the oven. The first thing I noticed was she neither washed her hands or put on gloves. She had both charros squeezed into one hand, one very germ infested hand I might add. As I observed this, I asked her shouldn’t she be putting gloves on. Her response to me was she can’t heat them as the oven isn’t working. So she got quite offended and basically refused to sell them to me. I did tell I didn’t want them anyway after her nast hands had been in them.
In this day and age it’s very important to keep yourself germ free!! Subway shouldn’t be helping to spread them.

I came to this subway almost 2 weeks ago to get a meatball sub and well, they didn’t have any meatballs… So I come back to the same subway almost 2 weeks later to get a meatball sub and they STILL don’t have any meatballs but they will be here in 30 mins! Lol its took them almost 2 weeks to order meatballs… Geez.!

They have changed the meat slices. You can almost see through the slices. I got double meat which is 3.00 more and still wasn’t as much as it was before they got skimpy. My last trip to subway!!!

Worst 3 subs ever half the footling bread didn’t have any meat in them, they had no tomato, the girl would only put about a tablespoon of lettuce on them and hardly anything else, I spent $30 for 3 pieces of bread basically subway is gotten terrible hope someone opens a sub shop close by soon .

Food&service ok..couple times ive had to thro a sub away by time got home cauz it didnt last 10/15 min…All n all i will eat at this subway but never at Richlands mall..there food is ruined&dont care if they give u good food or service…at poundingmill walmart subway foods not great&service sucks..over all this is the better of the 3…depends what u wana eat..
